Didnt say asparagus was bad quality we ordered it and after everything had arrived the waiter comes in and said it will not arrive since bad waulity product
They should have told us in the beggining
But the highlight best lobster in the phil
Definitely the best steak I have ever had! Lobster mac and cheese was also very flavorful!
For me, it's overrated and overpriced.
The seasoning on our orders (Ribeye and NY Sirloin) is not consistent, some parts are too salty and others are bland.
The grilled salmon is burnt/scorched instead of just a nice sear, plus it's a little dry.
Best for celebrating an occassion. It's a must try for everyone who loves steak, but be aware that everything is pricey. If you are looking for an intimate and delicious steak with your loved ones, this is the best place to dine with them.
I've been to all the Wolfgang's restaurants in NYC and was never disappointed, always enjoyed the food and overall experience. The restaurant in Taguig was centrally located in BGC. I was excited to try it and decided to host a lunch and invited some friends last Saturday.
Our small group sat outside and we were well attended to by the staff. At some point, we wondered why our soup and appetizers were taking a while when there were only 3-4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. I was quite disappointed when the staff eventually came and served our soup, appetizers and main course (steak) plus sides all at same time.
I asked the waiter why the soup and appetizers were not served first and he couldn't really give me an answer. Our filet mignon steaks were not sizzling hot when they came, by the time we finished our starters, our steaks were already lukewarm. Not really the food experience I was expecting.
Food deifinitely not worth the price. The service is not really good.
Great food as well as very attentive staff! The resto also followed the guidelines properly when it comes to the temp check, the distance and all that hence, it made our dinner stress free!
Worth the visit. 1) Safety protocols are observed 2) The food is good without saying (and serving size can feed three people) 3) Daryl (who assisted us that night) was super helpful .
Food was really excellent, quality-wise and in the way it was cooked. Our waiter kept bothering us though, wish he didn’t keep asking if we wanted to order wine when we already told him I didn’t want any.
My son’s 4th birthday
If is rich because the price is very high
Specialy the chopped salad
Veggies cold, GF sick from oysters? Steak very good but got rare and asked for med. rare. Sax player was great. Rose for GF was nice touch.
The staff is very attentive, and very accommodating as well. Will definitely come back!
We used to go to Wolfgang at Resorts World and wanted to try their restaurant at BGC since it is nearer. We love the food at Wolfgang, specially their steaks. Its just getting more pricey, but its really yummy! At BGC, service was great as usual. The dining area, I find a bit crowded, unlike the one at Resorts World where it was roomy with high ceiling. Overall, still a lovely place to go to for steaks.
The meat was warm as if they were cooked beforehand. Perhaps they grill them when we ordered our soup? No way to find out :) (The plate was hot though.)
I would definitely recommend Wofgang's Steakhouse. For the starters, I have to say that the French onion soup was great but I give a two-thumbs up to their crab cake. Talk about chunks of crab goodness plus that sauce just highlighted the crab and did not overpower it one bit. (LOVE!!!) Moving on to the main course, the 1.5kg steak we ordered was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. (LOVE!!! LOVE!!! LOVE!!!) We asked for medium and it was medium. Sorry to say some restos still get it wrong. We recommend the mash and the lobster mac & cheese. I would've given a 5 star rating for the food however the creamy spinach which is one of the things we were looking forward to (craving!), we did not enjoy at all! the cream in the creamed spinach was not at all obvious making it more like blended spinach in water. (hahaha! i don't know how else to describe it!) For the desserts, loved the apple strude (and to think I'm not really a fan of apple-anything). The cheesecake, on the other hand was a bit too vanilla. It needed more cream cheese and less vanilla flavoring. To think cheesecake is one of my absolute fave desserts, I was sorely disappointed in this one.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Yes, there was a bit of a hiccup but the overall experience was wonderful. Will definitely come back and will definitely recommend.
Till the next time....
I find the steak a bit pricey. Fancy restaurant with good ambiance.
The service was great. The servers were very attentive and smart. The ambiance was amazing. Most of all, the food is top-notch. We would go back to Wolfgang anytime soon.
Great place to celebrate a special occasion! Good food.
Great food and pleasant atmosphere
Staff are very welcoming and friendly, recognised us from a previous visit which was nice. Food was good, excellent chopped salad and filet mignon Would have preferred more choice for a glass of wine, my husband doesn’t drink wine so I wouldn’t order a bottle for myself. Overall a lovely experience, we will definitely return.
Very friendly service, great steaks and lamb chops, very good wine selection. Would highly recommend!
I was disappointed with two things:
1) the table cloth was stained in several different places and
2) no cloth napkins. There were only small paper napkins on the table.
We were not seated on our reservation time. Dirty table cloth and napkins
