Dr. Lee will enlighten the most knowledgeable person about wine and also educate the person that knows very little about wine. In a fun, lighthearted manner, Dr Lee will take you back into Europe, thousands of years in the world of wine, hundreds of years, into the new area of wine in the new world. You will learn some deep rooted concepts that developed long ago, which laid the base of the science, still growing in knowledge to this day. Light will be shown on many misconceptions, and the why behind these misconceptions. You will never look at another bottle of wine again, in the same way you do now after the tour. Available Sat & Sun (Rain or Shine) Tour starts at 11:30 am. Please check in 15 minutes before. Tasting Not Included ($20).

Best Winery Experience – Welcoming & Wonderful! I’m from Los Angeles, and my husband and I have visited many wineries over the years—but this one is by far the best! The wine was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the overall vibe was unmatched. What made it even more special was how welcoming and inclusive the atmosphere felt. There were people from all different backgrounds and races enjoying themselves, and it was beautiful to see. Everyone was treated with kindness and respect, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for amazing wine, great company, and a place that makes everyone feel at home, I highly recommend this winery. We will definitely be back!

This was our second visit to Wise Villa Winery and it was absolutely splendid. For as long as you are there, you feel that you have been temporarily transported to Italy! The staff was friendly and our server made our visit memorable. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh; everything tasted perfect!

What an out of the way treasure. We were attending a late afternoon wedding in Lincoln and wanted to have lunch and a glass of wine before hand. Luckily, we landed on Wise Villa Winery. The vineyards and the restaurant are beautiful. We had a wonderful lunch. We were greeted immediately by friendly, welcoming staff as we waited to be seated. The food was expertly prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The young woman who served us was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered great suggestions as it was our first visit. The wines are very high quality. We purchased a few bottles to take home. We enjoyed our first visit here and look forward to coming up with excuses to return. Well done everyone!

We’ve always known that Wise Villa Winery has excellent food, beautiful ambience and wonderful sunsets, but what makes your experience there top-notch is their manager Erik. He brings a certain old world charm and East Coast hospitality to your dining experience that brings the level of service up to five star. He always makes our dining experience there something to remember. He goes out of his way to make your stay something special. Cheers to Erik and his hard working exceptional staff.

I’ve been going to Wise.Villa regularly for several years. The food , service and ambience is so amazing. I took a friend for lunch for her 75th birthday and she was so happy with the whole experience!! Great place!

While I’ve heard good things about this restaurant I was let down in most ways except for some of the food. After being sat on the covered patio, we waited more than 10 mins even to be acknowledged and probably 15 mins to get water. Ordering was probably closer to 20-30 mins after sitting down. The outdoor dining is overrun by flies making it hard to eat. Most people around us were also swinging their napkins during their meals. While half way through our meal they gave us one of those fly fans that spun around the impact was done. The Brussel Sprouts as an appetizer were quite good while the Beet salad was mostly spinach with very small cubes of beets. The duck breast was well prepared as was the chicken cacciatore for the mains. Still I’d say the food was priced more like SF and even then may seem expensive. We skipped dessert given the fly situation. Overall I’d not recommend the patio for sure and not sure I’d recommend the restaurant given the price point and service.

This was our third time dining at Wise Villa. The first two times were better experiences. The noise level was really loud. We sat inside (middle section) and the restaurant was full. I had the scallops which for 4 very small pieces was $52. My husband and I split the entree a salad and an appetizer. We weren’t super hungry. The Caesar salad was pretty good. Brussels which we have had before we’re not as tasty this time. There were flies we were swatting away from our food as soon as food arrived. The server was very good and friendly. We commented on the flies and she brought us a table fan for flies. Pinot Noir was good. The restaurant was overly warm this time as well.
