   I had an excellent dining experience at Wise Winery! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of comfort and elegance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive, making sure we felt welcome and well cared for throughout the evening. The food was outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I highly recommend the rack of lamb, which was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the recommended wine.

   Wonderful service and delicious food. We shared the artisan plate during our wine tasting. I also ordered the shrimp scampi. Delicious!

   Sit on the patio and overlook the Spanish lavender, vineyards and valley. Wonderful wines, attentive service, and fantastic food. Relax, enjoy yourself, and let time slow down.

   Enjoyed wine tasting before dinner. Food was good.. some of the” outdoor” tables are not really outdoors, so if that matters then be sure to check when making reservations.

   My partner and I are always on the lookout for fine dining experiences in Auburn and surroundings, and Wise Villa Restaurant recently came to our attention. We made a reservation and invited a friend to come along. The restaurant certainly has all the trappings to be a fine dining experience: beautiful location, great wines, and fine dining prices. My partner and our friend were happy with their main courses of clams and ragu. I ordered the salmon at $35 and was very disappointed. It was dry and tough and I only ate a few bites. The cauliflower sauce and vegetables, while artfully arranged, were not very tasty. When the server removed my uneaten food, he didn't inquire if I found it unsatisfactory, and just dumped it in the trash. Apparently the kitchen has no interest in what meals are not being eaten. The service was good, if a bit uneven and unpolished. I expected more from the restaurant since the winery seems to be a top notch operation. I guess we'll keep looking for other fine dining restaurants.
