   It was a special for a special visitor and we were treated royally. The food is always excellent but this time may well have been the best ever. Thank you to the staff for the care and attention we received.

   Lunch at Wise Villa Winery this afternoon! Brilliant Chef Marc never disappoints! We started with the artichoke appetizer. Our friend chose the duck breast, which was perfectly prepared (as always). Chef changes the sides to match the seasons. We love the salmon, which has a moist interior with crisp, flavorful skin, and the shrimp scampi was the best l've ever tasted! No photos of our desserts... yummy dark and decadent chocolate cake, lovely affogato and delectable crème brûlée (sorry). The wine offerings are certain to please a variety of palates, and the service is exemplary (thank you Colten)! Oh...and the view...OMG...the view!

   I had an excellent dining experience at Wise Winery! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of comfort and elegance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive, making sure we felt welcome and well cared for throughout the evening. The food was outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I highly recommend the rack of lamb, which was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the recommended wine.

   Wonderful service and delicious food. We shared the artisan plate during our wine tasting. I also ordered the shrimp scampi. Delicious!

   Sit on the patio and overlook the Spanish lavender, vineyards and valley. Wonderful wines, attentive service, and fantastic food. Relax, enjoy yourself, and let time slow down.

    Enjoyed wine tasting before dinner. Food was good.. some of the” outdoor” tables are not really outdoors, so if that matters then be sure to check when making reservations.
