My husband and I love wine tasting at Coopers Hawk. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the wine selections. Great food as well. Never had a bad meal
Mark was our server during our wine tasting. He was the only one working & helping several customers. I understand the restaurant industry is feeling short staffed. Mark was fantastic & did the best he could to make all his customers happy.
Was able to taste several different wines, all of which were excellent.
The wine tasting was fun. We had Isabel as our hostess. My friend and I enjoyed the wines and talking to Isabel as well. It was a nice diversion before we went in to eat.
It’s just a fun place to go and enjoy great food and wine. The value, service and ambience are great!
I was by myself at the wine tasting. The girl who served me was Nicole. She did an amazing job and allowed me to substitute wines for ones I didn't want to try.
Isabell and Nicole were absolutely amazing. The knowledge of wine and food combinations is helpful to a new wine taster like myself.

Wine tasting at Coopers Hawk is always wonderful! The monthly wine selection is varied and each wine is described by the staff in an informative and easy to understand way. We always learn something from the experience.
After the wine tasting, we had dinner at the restaurant. Excellent menu selections as usual. Service was prompt and the food was delicious.
Been here many times and it seems as if the tasting pours are getting smaller and smaller.
This month’s selection was very nice but our server, Isabel, was quite knowledgeable and fun.

Wine Tasting, which you hAve to make a reservation for. It was great. Only 3 couples can be there, distanced and safe. Chilly was awesome! She had great recommendations.

For the time being the wine tasting room has lost it’s spark. All of the friendly and social employees are gone. While I appreciate being social distanced, I miss the social interaction with other guests that made the tasting a fun experience with friends.
Had a wonderful experience with my friends at the Wine Tasting. Ask for Sara as she is one of their best and most knowledgeable. Don’t forget to bring cash tips. Saw others around not tipping their wine server which is shocking. The staff their is great.
Renee did our wine tasting for us and she was absolutely outstanding! She was thorough, paced us, extremely knowledgeable and most of all friendly:) we would recommend her every time we came if we could!! Superstar talent!

Always great at Cooper’s Hawk! Appreciate the COVID modifications they have made like limiting the number of wine tasting groups so that each is spread out from one another; pre-COVID, it could get pretty cramped at the wine tastings bar where you couldn’t avoid touching strangers and having no privacy in your conversations.
