   they've changed the menu considerably from the one I loved. they were understaffed and the dish I ordered was overcooked. the pricing has gone up a lot. not the experience I wanted.

   This was our first time at The Wine Experience—and it was a fine experience. The food was excellent and wine choices good and fair-priced. Each of the four of us had different dishes. Everyone was pleased with their choice (and the choices of others that we were able to sample). A little noisy due to high ceiling despite the noise baffles. Very open and light space but shades or canopies would be welcome to those facing the windows. We are new to the neighborhood. The Wine Experience may well become our neighborhood hangout.

   The Wine Experience was recommended to us by a neighbor by our new home. An excellent recommendation! Great cocktails, wine list and food items! I can see us coming back many times for dinner or even a glass of wine and an appetizer!

   I went for dinner and wine with my mom and a friend of ours. My mom is mobility restricted. Eldon (the owner) was there and made sure she was able to get to her table safely. He was such a gentleman. The food and drinks were amazing. Kelly, our server, was very knowledgeable and helpful while ordering drinks and dinner. Wonderful experience overall!

    In spite of the $14 draft beer (price of the beer was not specified on the drink menu), we thought that the food was a good restaurant week value. The wait for the food seemed a little excessive (45 minutes) since we and one other couple were the only ones seated in the cafe. The entrees however were outstanding.

    I want to start off by saying I have eaten at this restaurant quite a few times and it has been fantastic! Service and food is great! However, this was not one of those times. I made a reservation here for my husband and I and another couple to eat for Valentine's Day. It was a fixed menu where we had choices of two different things for each course and it was a four course meal. When we sat down we had 3 water glasses for a table for 4. It took the waiter 20 minutes to bring us another water glass. Then it took 45 minutes to bring the bottle of wine we ordered when we sat down. It took over an hour for us to get our first course. There was probably 30 minute between courses and at each different course, the food portions were very small and the food itself was luke warm at best. We expected to take about an hour and a half or two hours to dine that evening. We were at the restaurant for just over three and a half hours. Way too long and disappointing for the price we paid. I will dine there again, just not for any occasion where there is a fixed menu as it was not handled properly.

    I have been to this restaurant several times and I love this place. This was Valentine’s Day and the food service was very slow. I recommend going to this restaurant but not on big holidays events.

    The management did not have the kitchen staff in sync with the waitstaff. Irregular intervals in between courses. Not just my table but the surrounding guests as well. With the exception of the main course, food was brought lukewarm to cooler such as the soup and scallops. Dessert took too long to arrive. Waitstaff was great for what they were having to deal with. Manager on duty was showing preferential treatment and ignoring other tables. I absolutely have loved this establishment and the variety of wines offered; however, I will not be going back or recommending any one to until either new management or manager is hired. Very disappointed with a place I had enjoyed.

    Awful. Valentines Day. Food was cold, no dressing on salad, steak was so tough I couldn’t chew through it, lobster linguine had two tiny pieces of lobster that were very fishy. Staff was not wearing hair nets or gloves in the kitchen. No wine pairing and the final bill was $240. Never ever again will this place get my business. Everyone in the restaurant that night was very upset.

    We had a wonderful time. This is a top notch restaurant with knowledgeable and friendly servers and kitchen staff. The fairly new chef turns out the most wonderful food. If you’ve never been, you have to go. If it’s been a while (even 6 months), go back. You’ll find classics and new twists on the menu. When you walk in, you’ll see a cozy fireplace, white linen and nice wine glasses. The restaurant is far from pretentious, though. You’ll be well taken care of and you’ll leave feeling completely satisfied.

    Been here a few times, but it’s been a few months. They have changed the chef since our last visit, and I must say the new menu and food is outstanding!! I got the black truffle Parmesan linguini, and it was superb, and the brûlée goat and cream cheese appetizer was to die for! Service was a bit slow, but we were not in any rush, so that wasn’t a bother. We will definitely be back!

    I had the chicken cordon bleu. It was pretty bland and definitely needed salt. My wife had their scallop dish. It was REALLY salty and peppery. We also had a crab stuffed shrimp appetizer which was fairly good.

    We received excellent service from our waiter, Alex, and the rest of the wait staff! He explained how to use our phones to see the menu and brought paper menus as well (we are old and prefer paper). He also recommended a very good Wine that was less expensive. Our steaks were melt in your mouth tender and done to perfection! The wild boar appetizer was delicious and a little spicy! We had the Wine Experience salad which was very fresh. For dessert we had cheesecake which was served with a chocolate fudge sauce. The only thing I would have changed is the chocolate sauce because I don't care too much for chocolate. The cheesecake was complimentary because we were celebrating our anniversary so there is really nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend Wine Experience Cafe for a special event or just a night out. We need to go there more often. And I love that it is a family owned business. See you there!

    When we walked in there was a faint smell of sewer gas. The women’s bathroom had a very strong smell of it! There was no soap in the women’s bathroom. They seemed understaffed so service was slow, but our waitress Kelly was working hard. Our food was hot and flavorful! It was mildly busy for a Monday night.
