   This was not a dinner but a wine blending class. Loads of fun - interesting and educational however they need to serve more than a few crackers and 3 pieces of cheese during the class. It mentions lite bites but you can’t get any lighter than this. More bites are needed to absorb the wine that is consumed.

   If wine was not included in the event our personal sommelier, Jessa’s, unintentional yet hilariously sarcastic and perfectly timed commentary would easily warrant a 4.5 star review unto itself! We learned a lot about the pre-blended wines, got to do plenty of tasting, and then were let lose to make a few personally ‘perfect’ blends of our own. We met amazing people, and the night moved into the lounge with our new friends for further ‘research.’ We cannot thank Jessa, and her team, for making one of the most memorable experiences of our trip! It truly was an incredible night!

   We did this for a bachelorette party and had such a great time. Our host did an amazing job answering our questions and was very knowledgeable.

   Even though I'm not a "wine guy", I had a great time with my wife, who is a wine lover. Peter, our sommelier, was awesome, as was Heather, who assisted. I would definitely recommend.

   We did the wine blending experience. The atmosphere was fabulous, there was a small group so we could each participate and Sara, our wine expert, was fabulous. I would highly recommend this fun and informative experience.

   Don’t waste your money. Too much money for what the experience was. We stored our wine properly, 3 months later we opened it and it was spoiled, BOTH BOTTLES!

   It was okay, we loved making our own label but for that price I was expecting better appetizers and better wine. We didn't learn much and not what I expected. I could have made my own label and home and bought tons of wine to taste. We didn't really make wine, it was a blending experience. The hotel is awesome though!

   Wonderful upscale atmosphere with delightful high-top tables. Wait staff was wonderfully pleasant and attentive!

    Cheap wine, literally no food just 4 crackers and a couple pieces of cheese and I learned nothing. They didn't even teach the basics.
