We serve beer exclusively made in Colorado (most of our taps feature beer brewed within 20 miles of the pub), spirits crafted in Colorado, and whiskey from all over the world.

Our menu is what you might call bacon-centric. We hand-cut thick slices of applewood smoked bacon and use it liberally on nearly everything. Wish you had more bacon? No problem, you can add bacon to everything on the menu. Including cocktails!

If you aren't a meat-eater don't worry, we've still got you covered. We have several vegetarian and vegan options. Including our vegetarian red-bean chili made from scratch using an old family recipe.

We got the Bacon strips, beer cheese soup, pulled pork sandwich, caprese salad. All of them were excellent! Service was also fantastic.

We ate outside and it was wonderful. Not packed at all like I thought it might be at Sunday brunch time. Bottomless mimosas were great (served in pint glasses!!). I loved the variety of food options. Entrees were a little small so next time we will also order appetizers!!

The female see server was nice, but confusing as to who our sever was— a male or female as both helped and were busy. Had to wait 15 mins to put in an initial drink order, had to ask a server to put in food order. Food was good but seemed understaffed and service was unusually slow and servers seemed hurried. I had to be asked back about what my order was and I was also yelled at once from the bar as to what my drink order was —- I don’t like yelling and waited until the male server came over to the table. Not my best experience here.
