   Typical pub food menu but very well done. The service was excellent and we left quite satisfied with our meals.

   Crowded. Noisy. Long wait time for meal with 30 minutes queueing and another 30 minutes waiting for food. Food good and not expensive. Won't go back again.

   Unfortunately the vegetables are always on the luke warm side and the broccoli is hard to cut.

   A great place to dine with good service and great food. A busy crowded place when i was there on a friday night. Some live entertainment and loud music if this is your scene then this pub is for you.

   Friendly and helpful hotel. Booked a large group and they assisted every way possible.

   No trouble booking on a Saturday evening ten minutes before arriving. That rang alarm bells. We arrived and dining room virtually empty. Groups of young people having a Christmas celebration milling around. When standing ordering our meal one of the kitchen hands was eating out of a plastic container with his hands. He slunk away when he saw me looking at him and replaced the container back on the shelf. Steak was nicely cooked but salad a ghastly mess. Tomato tasting bitter from being cut up hours before. Partner had reasonable lamb cutlets. I suggest hotel goes for quality not quantity.

   My meal was very ordinary. I had a rump with vegetables. The meat was tough . The potatoes looked a day old, abit of crunchy broccoli. The only nice thing were the hot chips. I was actually going to ask for a refund. My partner wasn’t happy with his meal either and we spent over $50.

   A much better experience at the bistro. My steak was cooked to perfection, and my partner's meal was also fantastic.

    Your food is always fantastic we had eaten at the William Farrer a lot. We love coming back for your food but our last booking was disappointing as the noise was terrible, the food took too long, the toilets were filthy. We are in Wagga to compete a few times a year and love a great quick dinner which we look forward to at the Farrer I hope next visit is better.
