   For afternoon tea, this was very reasonably priced, especially given that: the location was beautiful and historic, everything was tasty, and there was a live harpist playing. Attentive, but not suffocating staff, and they endorse for parking.

   Our servers JP and Deepak were attentive. We appreciated the side room for privacy and less overall noise but were able to still enjoy the harpist! Great afternoon and atmosphere!

   The food was tasty and very filling, the tea was delicious, parking was validated, and the service was great. We felt very welcome. The room we were in was not too loud, and they offered to take pictures of us. There was also a live harpist. Overall we had a great time.

   It was over-price and the food was not good! There’s better afternoon tea service with better good and service out there, this is not the one! Skip!

   The Willard is beautiful. In the Tea Room, the live harpist added elegance to the ambiance. The reception desk person, the hostess for the tea room, and the waiters were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We enjoyed the whole experience. As for the value, for the price, although the food was very good, it would have been nice if the savory items were proportioned larger (except for the scones, which were sized as expected); they were minuscule.

    This hotel is absolutely stunning and decorated so beautifully for every season/holiday. There were flowers everywhere and a lovely harpist playing. The service was slow and we barely saw our waiter. A little more attention would have been nice. We had the vegan tea menu and it was a little disappointing - I wish they had tried to make more v vegan pastries instead of giving us fruit and a mousse. The scones were delicious though! Vegan butter with the jam would have been an easy and nice touch. Overall, we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the experiencce.
