   Poor selection of food. Even one meal had only half the claimed meal on the plate. When I queried what had happened to the rest of the meal, the response from the staff was blankness like they were stoned and meaningless statements like “the guy who made it is new”. I asked what they’d do to offer some replacement but they seemed unable to think beyond “we are going to make some changes soon”. Didn’t resolve my meal issue. Absolutely useless staff! Location is great so a real waste!

   Good coffee and a lovely location/view. However, the food was served cold, toasted sandwiches weren't toasted, 1/2 meals was forgotten by the kitchen and the service was very poor.

   Service & food was great. Only problem was the wasps trying to eat our food as we sat outside.

   My friend and I booked a table but were disappointed when we arrived to see a blackboard notice outside saying the cook was sick and there was no cooked food available. We decided to stay for coffee and cake but ended up sharing the last croissant 🫤 Staff were apologetic and efficient but we did think later that a text to people who had booked a table might have saved us from disappointment. We will go again as it is a nice venue and we did take advantage of being on the edge of the wildlife park by taking a walk after our coffee

   Like the ambience and surrounding view. Service is ok. Needs to improve on food: bacon was overcooked and need more choices on the menu.
