A menu of creative American offerings features organically-grown produce, local game and meats, sustainable fish and seafood, and freshly-prepared desserts. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list and a reserve wine list with awards from Wine Spectator Magazine and wines-by-the-glass carefully chosen to complement menu selections.

i was very impressed with the ambiance of the new restaurant. the drinks and appetizers were the best i have had in Jackson. i was a little disappointed in my main(pasta dish) it was rich but didn’t have a lot of flavor. i would go back and get the fish next time. my fiend said her main was excellent. Service was great from hostess who took my coat to the waiter.

Wonderful on all levels. As locals this is our go to place for fine dining. Special shout out to the chef Hugo for creative cuisine, to our usual server James, with highest marks to Nicole the best sommelier in the Valley.

Wild Sage is the most civilized and delicious dining experience in Jackson. The fireside ambiance is beautiful, and the service is exceptionally warm and friendly. Top it off with cuisine by the region’s top chef who recently relocated to Jackson, and you end up with our favorite dining destination in Jackson Hole!

The food was absolutely incredible as were the drinks! Shout out to DUCK for taking great care of us and our dietary preferences last night - absolutely wonderful service! The menu is very innovative and well thought out and Miss Hayley made some incredible drinks for us! An absolute must visit in Jackson!

This was the very BEST meal from start to finish. The staff, chefs, food and ambiance and warmth of this restaurant were amazing. Every drink, appetizer, soup, entree and dessert exceeded my expectations. Do not miss this restaurant on your visit to Jackson Hole.
