About this restaurant

  • Good for special occasions
  • Great for creative cocktails
  • Charming
Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

This was my first time at WS and it was excellent. Our server, HearherAnn was lovely and timed all our interactions perfectly giving us time to look at the menu, eat, and chat. My pork tenderloin was done perfection and served with a sliced plum sauce that was delicious. We tried the chickpea cakes and they were just ok but the taziki spread saved them. I think this dish would work better with a quinoa cake. Overall, a great dining experience. I’ll be back

The food was okay--decent but very overpriced for the lack of flavor and quantity.

Best Food we've experienced (several times now) in the Spokane and CD'A areas. Although it's an hour drive for us from CD'A, it is well worth it. Excellent choices, preparation, and taste. The service is also excellent. A culinary gem!!!

We were there for an early dinner before a show and found the energy and ambiance just right. Our server was excellent, He was there right when we needed him and nearly anticipated each need. I truly appreciate excellent customer service and the staff last night met that to the letter. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner and date night so perfect.

Food was in consistent. Meyer lemon chicken phenomenal but the morel pasta was like eating a salt lick. Super disappointing.

Food was great. Location of the restaurant was not as good. Parking is difficult and very busy. Homeless people more apparent here. Think about moving to better location. Will still come because of the food.
