Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

    Our food was good, but it took over an hour after we ordered to arrive at our table. Management was appropriately apologetic and comped our drinks and a dessert, but overall the experience was underwhelming.

    First time there last evening. It doesn’t look like much from the outside. Inside, a different story. Nice motifs. Great service with a professional waiter. Food was excellent. And price was reasonable.

    Great food! Great service! I wish the city of Spokane would do something about the homeless people. We walked from the Davenport Grand and its a bit dicey. Worth it? You bet!

    Consistently Wild Sage impresses me! I always enjoy the entire experience from specially crafted libations to unique and delicious entrees! And the food portions are artfully displayed and the perfect portions. Thank you for another enjoyable dining experience!

    This was spectacularly mediocre. I paid $30 for a hamburger and the best thing on the plate was a massive pile of garlic fries. The burger was just OK, definitely overcooked, and the quality of beef was, again, just mediocre. I would expect higher quality beef from a place like Wild Sage, especially when I’m paying $30. It was really just average. The chef at wild Sage needs to visit Durkins and try their burger, if they want to see what next level is all about.
