Located on the second floor of the casino next to the events center, our Brewpub offers 18 beers on tap and 14 bottled beers. Kenzie, our waiter, was very nice and provided great service. However, our meal was terrible. The appetizer was good and hot. This was the 3rd time we’ve visited this location and it will be our last. We spoke to the manager and she offered us a free dessert for our experience but that really didn’t address the $35 meal that was cold.

Was unable to try the entrées due to elevated prices. So we had a salad, a hamburger sandwich and a chicken sandwich with an order of fried pickles and fried onion rings. No drinks. And it was $85.

I ordered stuffed Gouda chicken entree. The chicken was extremely burnt, there was barely any stuffing. The mashed potatoes were good. My husband ordered smashed burger. When he cut into it, it was very rare. The server only came back to the table towards the end of the meal. No refills on drinks. We told him the burger was not cooked properly, and chicken was burnt. He apologized and offered 20%discount because the kitchen staff complain that they can’t not charge because they used the food. Not sure why we have to pay for poorly prepared food. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with that experience. According to the server they always have issues with the cooks there. Management should definitely consider retraining or replacing the cooks and wait staff. The restaurant is nicely decorated and we were seated quickly.

Expensive and menu is terrible. I understand it is located in the casino and the reason for the prices but the prices are high and the food is not that good and the menu doesn't offer normal food, mostly every dish is trying to be a little different. The only good thing is the music and wait staff.

Really great place to enjoy a quality meal. Service is always great. Gouda chicken and Double Smash Burger are must eats. The Caesar salad is huge! But if you go - start with the WINGS!! Enjoy.

Hostess was "very unfriendly" and almost looked annoyed that we showed up 15 minutes before they opened, not knowing they opened at 4:00. The nearly $20 burger did not come with fries and when we ordered the fries it took so long that we had to send them back. The beer was very tasty, and the servers behind the bar were friendly and professional. Having said that, it was a negative experience and we will not return.

My wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try for dinner at the Harrah’s casino. The atmosphere is a let down from the start. It is a wide open industrial space with high and low table seating with no booths. The food is very basic bar food that is higher priced (standard burger and fries is $18). I wouldn’t mind if the food was excellent which it is not. We waited 40 minutes to be served our meal. What a letdown overall. Will NOT be visiting this restaurant again.

We had a reservation, got there few minutes early, were seated promptly. Waitress was a little slow in coming to the table but with what's going on in life right now, it was OK. When we were waited on, everything was great from there forth!!! Will go back again!!!

We always eat at the Wicked Weed when we stay at Harrahs Cherokee. The food is delicious! I love the Pretzel Bites, Poutine and Rocket Burger. And definitely save room for dessert!

The food just wasn't that good. Some menu items from previous visits were gone. Our server was great....in fact the service is what was lacking the first few times we visited..... much improved there, along with music level being more appropriate for a restaurant.

We ordered the seafood tower and most of it was delicious! The toasted bread that came with it was stale so I asked for more. When that came out it was warm stale bread from the microwave. The lobster, crab and oysters were spot on! We will go back.

The limited menu after the concert was disappointing. After my other concert there the place was packed, there was in house music and a full menu. This time was a ghost town, dreary and not what I expected. Many people stopped by and the left. I assumed due to the menu? You do not need a reservation on a Friday , Labor Day weekend.?

It was not the same. The pretzel was very hard. Not soft. HD like two tablespoon of pimento cheese. Salad was dry. Would not like to keep this up. Ect.

Rib eye was burnt Waitress never once refilled my drink or offered - paid $200 for one of the worst meals at the casino I have ever had. When she saw I didn’t eat even half of my steak she just cleared it instead of asking if something was wrong. Won’t be back to Wicked Weed!!

Food was good and very tasty. Service was good. But I had a problem when I was ordering, the item on the menu, I was going to order, price was not correct on the menu. It was 4 dollars more no other prices had changed. I don’t understand why they hadn’t changed it before they passed the menus out. Seems easy enough to do they had people standing around the entrance that could had been working on it!

Have eaten at Wicked Weed many times and tried many items. Food has always been great. Ask to be seated with Pam, she is a friendly attentive waitress. When we were there last night, two other patrons asked to be seated in her area!

After we ordered the server turned back to us and said oh yeah I forgot to say that the burger you ordered has the wrong price on the menu. It’s not $14.99 it’s $18.99., we have new menus coming. My husband said, you mean you are not going to sell it at the price on this menu? He said we use to just say we were out of it but now we tell people that the price is wrong on the menu. This is the second time I’ve eaten here, last time the fries were cold and it took 28 minutes to get them replaced with hot ones. Won’t be back.

My hamburger was raw . The waiter finally came back to the table to check on us and took my hamburger back to be cooked til medium well. When he finally returned (14 min later) it was burnt ! We finally just left and will not return. We both disappointed with our food.
