We were not able to order food which kinda bummed us out but in the end had best time with our server skyler and bar tender, they rocked and made for a amazing new yr! Will definitely do this again!

The Service was TERRIBLE our waitress didn't even ask one of our party for his order. The "menu" was not kid or nut free friendly at all. The Drinks may have been pretty but there wasn't a light option or something not with cream of some sort. Advertised with a real food menu and kid friendly it was not. & The Grinch was not even there. Big waste of Money. We had then go eat somewhere else.

I had reservations for 2 but they weren’t needed as this place was dead. Service was slow for only having a few customers. The drinks were disappointing, especially for being $13 each. We each ordered one drink and couldn’t even finish them. While they looked pretty, there were way too many liquors and ingredients. We ordered a cheese ball app and it was also subpar. Hopefully they make improvements to their menu before next year.

We were seated at our table immediately, but we did pay for reservations. We waited for 30 minutes and no one ever came to our table. We told the manager and he asked how he could make it right and we asked for a refund for the cost of the reservations, but have not been refunded. We went next door and although they were much busier, we received food and drinks and celebrated our guest's birthday.

It wasn't clear that this bar was not affiliated with the Social on the website. The food options were odd and not very good. We had planned to eat there, but that was not really feasible. I think this could be remedied by showing the menu online.
