   We didn't need the reservation - when we arrived it said seat yourself - maybe it's different at busier times? Food and beer was great - only downside was the pizza oven was broken and that's why we really wanted to go.

   They have just about the best pizza I have ever had. You know pizza is good when you could just eat the crust and be happy. We also got a beet salad that was delicious and fresh. So, the food is great; we were craving more pizza the next day, but they were closed (it was Monday) so we couldn't get our pizza fix before heading home. Beer is also very good and fun, as you can try similar beer styles with different yeasts, which lets you see how the yeast can influence the flavor. My only criticism is that they had one bartender working Sunday night and she was obviously overwhelmed. We originally sat at the bar, and it took a very, very long time before she took our beer order. We had reservations, but their system (or Open Table's system) was screwed up, so they didn't have anyone's information and it was a busy night. However, the male host/manager tried his best to accommodate us and eventually got us a table (we needed a sit down table for back issue reasons vs. a bar seat) and comped our beet salad. You could tell he was working hard to try to please all the customers. Our waitress was okay...very young and I had to eventually get up and find her to get water. I sense that this lab that is now a brewery and restaurant is still trying to figure out the restaurant service part. Despite that, we'll definitely be back as the food and beer was amazing, and they tried their best on service, which I suspect will only improve as time goes on.

   All in all really good. Lunch was seat yourself and no one came over for a while and we had to find our own menus. But once someone came over they were wonderful and timely. The food was absolutely outstanding. Worth it.

   We just moved to Asheville and I drive by this place every day. So I chatted with my work mates and they highly recommended it. For the price, it would be great to have full service even if you are eating on the patio instead of ordering at the bar. While it was a little spendy, every thing we had was amazing!! Charcuterie board was insane! Mushroom pizza is a must have The mule cocktail was amazing The beer was on point The server brought out water for our dog, which was nice! 10/10 would done again

   Great food and beverages, and service - beer is unique for those interested in the effect that yeast plays in brewing. White Labs is a go-to destination when guests are in town, a convenient place to gather with local friends - especially before a Tourists game. Ample parking is a HUGE plus.

   This was my second time at the White Lab. We took a friend and she loved it. She had the fried chicken sandwich which I think she will be eating for a week. The food and beer was great

   We had the ferment board and the sausage pizza, both excellent. Great selection of beer as well. The atmosphere is a bit crowded (on Sat. night) and quite loud... as long as that's ok with you, I highly recommend.

   Very good! Our party of 3 had a regular pizza, a gluten-free pizza, beet salads, a pilsner, and wine. The regular pizza was greatly improved from our first visit. Their previous problem with soggy centers has been remedied with success. (Thanks WLK&T!) The gluten-free pizza is as good as gf pizza gets. Beet salad is delicious. Beer selections are excellent, wine selections sufficient. We passed on dessert. Good service.

    The pizza was good, not enough toppings to cover the pizza. Shrimp Diaovlo, small portion, few shrimp and over the top hot. Four bite heirloom salad, $9?? Service was top notch and beer and cocktails were good. Liked the esthetics!
