   My wife and I have been doing White Castle For Valentine's day since it started almost 29 years ago. While dining on our most recent visit, we remembered how we started out with free coffee mugs and then the next year we got coasters and now all you get is the meal. We have been to several White Castles over the years as we have moved four times but the fun of the event is still there and everyone we tell about it, are amazed that there is a White Castle that does this. We hope that White Castle will keep this up as we enjoy the event and look forward to the next Valentine's day. Thank You Clifford R Speiran

   We went to White Castles in Cottleville for Valentine's Day. Our reservation was for 7:45. We waited at the podium for at least 10 minutes before someone led us to a table. It was another 15-20 minutes before we got our drink order taken. Once our dinner orders were taken, we were brought out the wrong food and was told that they were cooking old tickets. While waiting for the right food, the waiter came by and asked if we had already eaten. We had never gotten our correct order. Then we waited for the correct order. It was almost 8:45 before we got our food. Once we had our food, it was good. It seemed like the whole restaurant was having trouble with their orders as well. It was not very organized. We have had other Valentine's reservations at another White Castles and have never had a problem. The table behind us was given their meal for free for all the trouble, but we were not offered any compensation. We will definitely do another Valentine's reservation, but maybe at our White Castle location.

   We had 630 appointment. Got seated on time. Waited over 30 minutes for our food while others who arrived after us got they're food quickly. When our food arrived it was like warm and the order was wrong. I had to get my own codiments after asking twice for them. Then when paying I was short changed. Been going to other locations for Valentine's and never experienced this. It was so unorganized. Very disappointed..

   This is something we have done for the last 20 years at White Castle. It would not be Valentines day without a little White Castle mixed in. This Cottleville location is our favorite of the ones in Saint Charles. We recommend it to everyone.
