   The property is beautiful, the interior is so well done, and the service was top notch. The food was absolutely incredible - one of the best meals we have ever had. We can’t wait to come back. 10/10

   Service was great, drinks were delish. Really wish there was a play structure or something for the kids, but a big open field of grass did the trick for our wild 4 year olds.

   This place has so much potential but on both of our visits they did not cook any steak order at our table at a temperature other than rare. On both visits members of our party had to send steaks back to be refired. Everything about the service has been excellent. Many will say rare is the only way a steak should be ordered, but if I'm we're paying $65 a cut we just want it cooked to the temp ordered. I want to emphasize that all client facing staff are superb, the cocktails are exceptional, and the vibe is great. The meat quality is obviously great, and we want to give this establishment one more shot. Please cook the steak to the temperature ordered.

   Definitely ask for the deviled eggs and oysters, the peach bourbon drink, the chicken fried meat ribeye was good but the gravy is not good, huge shrimp on the bacon wrap shrimp but bacon it was not cooked on the underside also coleslaw did not have any dressing. Otherwise it would’ve been great.

   first comers … been waiting to make it a date night with friends! It was worth the wait- i mean time after first opening- we tried tuna tartare, calamari, flounder, and shrimp, creamed corn, and mushrooms! all excellent choices… our guests had short ribs and the tuna steak and no complaints. Frozen Old Fashioned was a nice treat and delicious… we couldn’t have asked for better service from a gal, i think her name was Maddie, from Wimberly- service is hard to come by these days, and she nailed it!

   We were first sat at a huge table by the kitchen service area, which was not prime for two women trying to have a nice dinner, so they moved us to another smaller table away from the service area. Out waitress Isabelle was lovely and attentive. We had the calamari and it was wonderful including the slaw and sauce that came with it. I had the flounder and my friend had the bacon wrapped shrimp. The flounder was SO fresh, nothing fishy and delicate. My friends shrimp were colossal! Huge, she could only finish two of them. We had the mac n cheese side and the mashed potatoes. The mac in cheese was wonderful and the mashed potatoes were delicate and fluffy, very rare for a restaurant. They are usually hard and cold. We did not have the frozen Old Fashioned but we tasted it and it was really good. Next time. We will be back and possibly sit outside if the weather is nice or hang at the bar.

   First time at Whiskey Ridge and it was amazing. Our server was awesome. Made sure to check on us without interrupting us while we talked and ate. The vibe was good, relaxing and chill. We went for date night but also saw kids there. And the food was excellent! I got the chicken fried ribeye. And we shared the cobbler at the end. Would definitely recommend.
