    We always love Whiskey Cake. The food is great! Our server, Ryan, was the best. The only negative would be the loud music. But the great food makes up for it.

    Food and service was really great but there was a very loud group and there is not anything in the restaurant to help dampen the loudness

    WC is one of my favorite brunch spots in Austin. The food is always amazingly delicious and the drinks are top tier! And the service is great! I highly recommend WC!

    My first visit to Whiskey Cakes was a good experience. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, overall atmosphere was good. Parking was a bit of a challenge. I had to park on the street. Our waitress explained there was a large party of 50 which explained the lack of parking. I would definitely go back.

    This was my first visit to Whiskey Cake and it did not disappoint. My table was available right on time and service was great, attentive but not intrusive. The food was great and priced well.

    There were many tables available, we were put next to a table of seven. They were very very loud. We asked to move and they moved us two table up. I didn’t understand when there were tables on the other side of the restaurant. They still sat two sets of people at our original table and they asked to move too. The manager did nothing. The table of seven were camping out. They were done eating before we came. The waitress was terrible. She did not refill our drinks. Another waiter brought our food. Did not clear table till we were about to leave. Very disappointing!

I apologize that this move was not as far away as preferred and I have followed up with our manager about this instance. As for the service issue you experienced that is a miss on our part and inexcusable. I have also reached out to you via the phone number on your reservation in hopes of offering a future dining experience to make up for your poor visit.
