   This was one of the most disappointing Sunday lunches any of us ever had. Don't trust the photos on social media - the portions were half the size of those advertised when we went. Two small (thin) cuts of beef, cold. Vegetables hardly seasoned and one skinny cold parsnip. Our yorkshire puddings came out 10 minutes after the dish had been served; they were dense and eggy - hardly cooked. I could have done better at home, but instead paid nearly £20 for this. To top this off, despite the place being completely empty (and now we know why) the staff were overly keen to offer up receipt and get us paid and gone. Our conversation was interrupted twice with the offer to pay on the card machine, despite not being given time to review the bill or finish our drinks. All in all a shocker of a Sunday lunch which is supposed to be about good food and a relaxed atmosphere. We weren't given either of these things. Saving grace was the decor, and staff were at least friendly and good natured. Not enough to make up for the price point for shocking food.

   What a shame. This place has gone downhill. The food was very average, our waitress didn't seem to care about anything ( there was a mistake on our bill and she didn't even apologise, just amended it) and the whole vibe was quite sad. The toilets were awful and smelt disgusting.

   Waited more than an hour for two burgers. Buns were stale. Meal was given complimentary for an apology.

   Worst experience ever! Went on sunday like i have always been going told that they only have a Sunday menu then to be told something wasn't available. When i made my order my chicken roast came out very dry and rubbery! The yorkshires were not cooked properly inside the beg was hard the stuffing was burnt the wooden board they put the food on was filthy! Was offerd the a la carte menu order steak and chips the chips were not cooked properly the drinks were flat. Worst experience ever!

   I really love the west thirty six and so far I was happy with the food and service. This time it was aweful. We were a party of four. We got wrong drinks served despite the fact that everything was written down by the waiter. The fillet came without sides as they were burned by the chef and they were running out of potatoes. The burgers were horrific as no seasoning was used. What a poor experiences. Nobody cared to apologise or refund.

   We left after being sat down and left waiting for our drinks for 30 minutes - so cannot pass comment on the food or drinks.

   Terrible service. Food takes 1.5 hours, drinks orders not done, starters ready after the main course and the list goes on

   Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The menu offered was not the A La Carte menu we had all viewed online beforehand, but a very limited one that had only one healthy / vegetarian option which was out of stock. I was told that an alternative salad would be made up for me using ingredients that were in stock, what I ended up being given and charged £12 for was a small bowl of Caeser Salad which contained only lettuce, croutons and dressing. The macaroni cheese was meant to have bacon in it but didn't and despite us being the only customers in there for most of the time we were there, the service was very slow and a good few mistakes were made. The vibe and ambience in there are nice, the decor is quirky which we liked but it was overpriced for the food and experience we had so I wouldn't recommend it.

   Something was going wrong... there were limited seating options, an hour + wait for food and a lack of staff. We walked out and weren't the only ones.

    It was a disaster. As always. Very slow. Food was always missing from our orders. Worst service i've ever seen.
