This special dinner will highlight the region’s iconic wines and exquisite cuisine, thoughtfully paired with the artisanal cheeses and European-style hospitality you’ve come to love from us. Known as the “Garden of France,” the Loire Valley is celebrated for its vibrant whites, elegant reds, and terroir-driven rosés—all perfectly suited to summer dining. Each course will be a reflection of the region’s rustic elegance, with seasonal ingredients, traditional flavors, and, of course, exceptional wine pairings curated by premier importer, Authentique Vin. This is more than just a dinner—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, culture, and connection— featuring special guest, Thomas Meunier. This time, we’re charting a course for the British Isles—a region steeped in culinary heritage, coastal influences, and quiet elegance. Guest chef David Ellis, James Beard–nominated chef of Figulina in Raleigh, NC, brings a modern lens to traditional British fare—balancing heartiness with finesse, and nostalgia with innovation. Wine pairings are curated in partnership with Paula de Pano, advanced sommelier and owner of Rocks + Acid Wine Shop, who will guide guests through a selection of European wines that complement and elevate each course. Expect elevated takes on British classics, seasonal ingredients, and cheeses chosen with Wedgewood’s signature reverence for terroir and tradition.
