My favorite establishment in the Heights! Luis and his team (Aurora, Sara and Greg) are extremely knowledgeable about the pairing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Must try the Peach Basil Mimosa. Trust me!

My husband and I dined at We Olive & Wine Bar prior to attending a concert at the Heights Theater. We had the Duo Dip (choice of 2 dips) and split the Italian Sandwich. Just the right amount of food. Our server, Aurora, was outstanding! There was a also a gentleman playing live music who was very good. We really enjoyed our dinner there and would highly recommend We Olive & Wine Bar.

My husband and I had a great meal. The cheese platter was delicious. And the olive oil is amazing. Great wine list. A lot of CA and TX wines.

If you are looking for a quiet place, this is it! And the small plates are AMAZING! This was one of those places where my husband and I had a true dining experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place for the little ones. Great for date night!

We very much enjoyed our lunch at WeOlive. The stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto were the best I have ever had and would highly recommend! All of the flatbreads we ate were delicious too. Wine selections seemed to be about 50/50 with Texas and California wines. We were happy with the wines we selected. We certainly stocked up on delicious olive oils!!! Louis was a gracious host/owner and made our afternoon very enjoyable.
