   I have loved Waverly for years. Food is always good. I talked my clients in to driving down from Newport Beach to dine there and they were disappointed. I was embarrassed. The food was good but music too loud to have a conversation, our water glasses were empty too much of the time and they allow dogs inside. We had a very large Dog next to us and it was hard to enjoy our food as you could really smell this dog. It was cold with the doors open, bring a warm coat. I am bummed that they drove all that way to be disappointed.

   It was windy and cold today esp with the glass doors open. The music was too loud but the service and food was terrific. Thank you. Will be back in a warmer day

   It was a cold night and the restaurant doors were open, and it was not a comfortable temperature. Noise level was very high!! We could barely carry on a conversation. Service was marginal, but the food was excellent.

   Always love it here! Favorite dish is still the pork shoulder bowl I’m constantly craving it. Bodega boy cocktail is perfection.

   It was our first visit and the inside of the restaurant was so loud that we asked to be seated outside. Our table attendant was not very attentive and not well-trained - the bus boys were more accommodating. I had the Shakshouka and the portion was very small - it could have been an appetizer portion. We ordered coffee and it was cold and had to send it back unfortunately - our dirty dishes stayed on our table during the whole lunch experience. The hostess was lovely and extremely attentive and accommodating ...

   Food is always good. We started out with the Ceviche (always soo yummy) and the burrata donuts (wasn’t my favorite, came out cold and it was a bit bland) for our main course we ordered the duck meat ball, pork chops, and a beef dish, I don’t remember the name but all of them were very delicious. Super cute inside and very classy. It does get cold because all the windows and doors are open but they do have blankets for you! Server was nice but very nonchalant and impersonal. We had to ask for share plates with our starters and he only checked on us once.

   Waverly is a favorite. My friends and I go there to catch up and enjoy great food and service while doing so. Waverly never disappoints! And we love the location.

   Burnt toast :( All 3 dishes that had toast and it was burnt. Two were under the egg Benedict and was hidden but one plate had toast on the side - my son said it was "fine" and didn't want to send it back. Otherwise the food was pretty good - nothing really outstanding but we would go back if we were in the area. Lovely eating outside but inside the noise is horrible and it even affected my son who was sitting closet to it. Service was very good although we had to wave down the hostess to get out check - never a good thing. We had brunch and it had one french toast offering and one pancake (with vanilla cream over them and sprinkles). Wish they had more creative offerings that were breakfast items. Overall, it was "fine."

    We were using a gift certificate our daughter had given us. What a wonderful find and local gem. The service was excellent, the food delicious, especially the Caesar Salad and the drinks wonderful. I little noisy because of there sound echoing around the inside, but ok.
