Description: Executive Chef Byron Bondoc has more than 12 years experience and expertise in all aspects of food preparation and presentation having worked at at a variety of restaurants, private clubs and resorts.

Although Chef Bondoc is partial to the flavors and styles of Italian, French, Korean, Japanese cuisine, his time in NYC exposed him to several cooking styles, methods and cuisines. Enjoy inside or outside dining on the patio overlooking the pool and marina. Try some of favorites such as Shrimp & Grits, Grilled Filet Mignon, Chargrilled Ribeye, Pan Seared Diver Scallops and more! We had two meals here, one breakfast and one dinner. First thing is they need to get the people who work at the host station up to speed on how Open Table works. They seemed not to know about Open Table at all. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices are a little on the stiff side. Two negatives - the TV in the bar was playing loud enough to be heard in the dining room during both meals. Not a good look for a 4 star resort. For dinner, when you have a couple come in with dinner reservations, it's not the best move to sit them next to a chatty table of 8 retirees. This is a good spot. It should be a great spot.

My food was ok, nothing special. Entree was brought out minutes after our appetizers were. Too fast. Out server was also the bartender so she was very busy.

Sub par! We usually enjoy this place so we brought others to experience it and were disappointed. Wilted salads. Overcooked tasteless entrees and strobing lights made for an uncomfortable evening.
