Ever since moving from NYC last summer, I’ve been searching for a place that serves fresh and delicious seafood. We were so excited to have finally found a great place! From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, to the time we left, the service was amazing. The friendly staff, the ambiance, and most importantly the food, were everything we hoped for and more. We came back the next day for a Waters cookbook and we can’t wait to come back during a future Fort Worth visit!

The food and service was amazing! We were heading to another restaurant when we noticed Water’s (we hadn’t seen it before). We changed directions and headed to Water’s. EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious:
Hushpuppies, Lobster Mac n Cheese, Crab cake and the Salmon. Enjoyed the customer service. They were very pleasant .

This was our first visit and we loved it. I had the Stone crabs and my wife had they Sea Bass both were excellent! The service was also great! We will be back!!!

We really enjoy the new location downtown. The ambiance is terrific in both the bar area and the dining room. The food was great - crab cakes and Arctic Char were prepared perfectly. Highly recommended Waters. A truly wonderful experience.

My wife and I celebrated a belated Valentine’s Day at Waters. This was a perfect spot for our celebration- my wife loved the experience and was very impressed. I had the King Crab and Lobster Mac-n-Cheese. They were both wonderful. Bryan’s wine service was timely and appreciated. Our server, Julia, provided personable, yet discreet, service through our visit. I can’t think of a better spot we could have chosen for our date.

Water's provided a romantic atmosphere with great seafood and cocktails. The atmosphere was quiet but social. The food took a tad longer than we'd like to arrive but was amply delicious to make up for it. And bread and salad tied us over.

We had 2 8oz lobster tails that were perfect. For our sides we had the bacon-wrapped asparagus and broccoli rabe with parmesan, both of which were very good. My finance had an oyster on the half shell for an appetizer which she said was ever so slight rubbery but really tasty. I will say that $18 for an Old Fashioned did seem a bit steep, but the over all experience was perfection. Even though we ate outside, the street noise was only moderate.

The restaurant was extremely hot and we were sat in a cramped area. When we asked if we could move to one of the many other open tables we were told we could not (it was after 9pm). We walked out went next door and had a great night.

All of the items ordered were fantastic and delicious; fried goat cheese and heirloom salad, calamari, crab cakes, crab legs and the a la carte sides. The calamari and dirty rice were the best that I’ve ever had. The server was excellent and had extensive knowledge regarding their menu.

The only negative experience was that the restaurant is a bit small and there was no sense of privacy at all. The tables are closely arranged so the conversations to both side could be easily heard without intent. A bit disappointing for a Valentine’s date location.

However, overall experience was great.

Menu selection was good. Food was flavorful and just the right amount. My wife had the scallops but thought they were a little dry. I had the salmon and it was great. Found out that you have to request bread with your salad, they don’t automatically bring it since it is baked fresh for each order (they don’t charge for it). By the time they brought our bread out we had already finished our salads and were waiting for our entrees. But when it showed up it was hot and delicious. So order bread early!! Wine selection was nice and not too overpriced. We did notice another table had brought their own wine. When we asked we were told you could only do that with the owners permission. Too bad, it would have been nice to bring one of our nice wines from our cellar.
