At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Wonderful! We can’t wait to go back! We’ve always love going to Bonnell’s and now we have another Bonnell favorite. The oysters dirty dozen was amazing. Creative cocktails. Outstanding service. All in all a win!

My server was very VERY tired. I had to ask her multiple times for the same thing. Luckily, it only took 15 minutes after my reservation time to be seated. The food was great, but I likely won’t return.

We had a double date night with best friends and Waters was the perfect spot. Food was amazing, we had baked oysters, salads, Cajun scallops, filet, salmon special… everything was delicious. Our server was wonderful, my husband was being sarcastic and making lots of jokes and she played right along and didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely be dining at Waters again.

Took some friends to Waters to celebrate their recent marriage. The wine was excellent but pricey. The cocktails were very good - especially the Old Fashioned and French 75. The food was fine but overpriced... you really pay for atmosphere. We could hear one another which was a real plus for us. The fish and chips were not nearly as good as other reviews stated. The gumbo was fine but I prefer my wife's. The calamari was OK but we recently ate at a local Italian restaurant in FW (Piola's) and this was not nearly as tasty. Overall, rated at 4 stars, mainly due to the atmosphere.

Elaine was our waitress and was fabulous. Very attentive, personable, sense of humor. We had oysters as an appetizer and they were very fresh. Hubby had the Arctic Char with asparagus. I had the Halibut and we shared lobster Mac and cheese. It was all cooked to perfection and delicious. This is one of my fav restaurants to go to. Also, the bar is nice. Try the Fort Worth Old Fashioned…..perfection.

I’ve been to Waters two or three times before, and once again it was excellent. Very consistently prepared seafood. We had the tuna tartare, which was exceptional and the Branzino which was superb as well. Really can’t say anything negative about our time last night.

This is the second time our family has met in Fort Worth and eaten at Waters. The first time was so much fun and the food was so good we all agreed we would like to eat there again. All of us have loved all the different entrees we have ordered both times we dined there. The waiter was great, too. The final bill was a bit high (my husband and I split a meal), but I know we will go back. The menu is understandable and they have nice normal offerings presented in beautiful ways. You definitely feel special eating there!

We were there for Valentine’s and ended up at the bar top due to a late reservation. All in all another fantastic experience. The raw oysters are always top notch and we started with the dirty dozen. I had the surf and turf special and expected to pay much more than I did so that was a nice surprise. Everything about Waters is first class and the reason it is my go-to for special occasions.

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. The lighting is so perfect in there and it is such a sophisticated yet casual place. I loved everybody who worked there. Such a great energy. I've never had oysters so good. Everything was just perfect.
