At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Diver scallops from Maine get a slight TexMex makeover after being perfectly golden-crust-seared, while jumbo lump crabcakes celebrate beautifully fresh crab as their essence, never loaded with fillers just to save a buck. We will never utilize third-world fish farms, cheap seafood substitutes, artificial flavorings, or exploit threatened species at Waters. We strive for only the best experience for our guests, while at the same time being good stewards of our environment and our future.

Loved our round table in the lounge by the window and the bartender took good care of us. Great happy hour prices. The entire restaurant was oddly empty (admittedly a rainy Monday Cinco de Mayo) but it definitely deflated the vibe. Dirty Dozen served with no explanation of which oysters were which, even when asked. Also only one spoon for three sauces. Love Bonnell restaurants and am sorry it was such a slow night.

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner. It was delicious and perfectly timed. We had delicious starters and a table mix of seafood and steak. We will definitely be back.

Genevieve the Asst GM was simply awesome while accommodating our party of 10 as were in town for a conference. She set us up outside, per request upon our arrival. Food was spectacular as none of us had experienced this restaraunt before. I'm sure everyone will be back.

What a great experience! Great food - crab cakes, all crab - no filler! Lobster tail perfect cooked! Artic Char to perfection topped with lump crab! Outstanding service - prompt, attentive to refills and other items needed! Good value for fresh seafood!

Bright light, lacked ambiance. The food was not what was expected as a high end restaurant. The bread was just plain white loaf - expecting usually different type specialty bread at this type restaurant. Seafood heavily dominated by shellfish, challenging menu for my husband’s medical condition which cannot have shellfish. The steak was supposed to be 8 oz filet. I weigh my food every day as a bodybuilder and eat filet twice a day… this steak was 4 oz at best. This is not first restaurant I have seen this. What restaurants are allowed to get away with to cut costs. And then there was the asparagus my steak came with, which should’ve been sold more as just a garnishment since it was three pieces of the very thin asparagus. I wouldn’t go to this restaurant again.
