When you go to the water’s edge they don’t tell you it is the edge of the pool….. it is your basic pool bar restaurant with mediocre food at best.

The online website presentation of this restaurant does not align with onsite presentation. No view of the beach. A mesh screen or some type of privacy facing was on the deck to block the view due to construction. The food was TERRIBLE and tasteless - grilled snapper, vegetables, and potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. Appetizer - crab cakes were formed mushy and wet in texture once you forked it to taste. Service was average and felt an inconvenience to ask for anything (ie. Ketchup for my husband's fries.) Took longer than we liked to get the check, because we were ready to exit the place all together. Quite a disappointment for a birthday celebration.

The food here is very good. There was construction outside that was loud and also there were many flies in the restaurant

The food is very generic, like generic hotel food, nothing special about it. The fish felt to be like frozen cuts… on the dry side… The exterior ambiance is good the interior is not so great as the lights are cold lighting and not warm lighting. Didn’t try the red meat perhaps that is better but not good enough for us to try again.

Ate there for our anniversary. Food was delicious and the service from Marylou was excellent Will definitely return. There I is some construction happening but it didn't interfere as we sat inside. Roy, the owner stopped by to check that everything was okay.

While we have had good experiences here in past years, this was not a good experience for us. The music was way too loud you could barely hear the people at your table, the service was really slow, and the food was honestly mediocre. Half of the restaurant was also closed off due to a big construction project, so you couldn’t even see the sunset or even the beach from the table. If we had known that much of the restaurant was closed off/affected by construction we probably wouldn’t have even gone.
