Water Grill - Forum Shops Caesar Palace
Little upset , I could not add comments regarding my nephews 26 anniversary,on open table. When we arrived at the restaurant, I mentioned that it was their anniversary to the host. She said that she will let the table water know and they will offer something special. Not sure what happen but nothing was mentioned. Very disappointing:
Great setting & delicious food!
The restaurant was nice and we got seated right away for our reservation. It was not crazy busy like I've seen Vegas restaurants be in the past. Our server was helpful but not very attentive to drinks, our order, and table/plates clean up. The appetizer came out AFTER our food was delivered...apparently it got mixed up and given to a different table - something our server would have known had he been checking up on us even a little. All this happened and we were still charged for the appetizer! Also, our drinks took FOREVER...and they arrived just minutes before our main dinner.
In an environment that is truly rich with restaurant options everywhere you turn, the service and food quality was not even close to where it should have been for the price. Really quite unacceptable and unfortunately will likely not go back.
Everything about this dinner was amazing! The food, the service, and atmosphere.
The seafood was so fresh and great and our waiter was as good as I’ve experienced anywhere. Awesome.
Our party of five was seated immediately upon arrival, and our server, Jeff, was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made some great recommendations. All five of us ordered different entrees, and all of us really enjoyed our food. Cocktails were very good too, as were the desserts. We would all return to dine here (after COVID-19 has run its course).
Our server Lou was attentive and friendly. It took awhile for the bar to come up with our cocktails--the wine we ordered with our entrees arrived at the same time. The food was delicious. But as in all of Las Vegas quality comes with a huge monetary price, and I assume the diner can do nothing about that one negative.
Our dining experience at the Water Grill was outstanding in all respects. Our server Chad was well informed and articulate, he is a true asset to the restaurant in every way.
Prawns were terrible Sea Bass was not fresh
Overall, it was a very good meal. Our appetizers were delicious (sushi and oysters). The scallops entree was much better than the tuna entree. It can be a little busy if you are sitting in the patio area. Our waitress was very busy, but she did a great job.
The server provided good service. There was a few things I wanted to point out. Service was very slow. Waited 20 minutes before someone brought us water. Then server took our drink order and asked for bread and stated it’s going to take time it’s being baked. Mind you this is my second visit. Last time the service was very quick. Waiting about 20 minutes for our drinks then took our order for food. There was a lot of wait time between. Overall the service was good made conversation, friendly and explained the menu well. Just felt there was a lot of wait time for everything.
My wife and I went to dinner on a Friday evening. The restaurant is located in the Caesar's Forum Shops "shoppertainment" complex. The service and ambiance were very good. We started with calamari. I had the shrimp and grits which were well presented. My wife's scallops were slightly undercooked which is the only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating. We would still come back and recommend Water Grill to Vegas visitors.
Love to hace dinner there with some friends to celebrate my husbands birthday!
Chad helps us that night and we love too his actitud and service!
Hope we can be back very very soon!
Amazing place with a very cozy feel. Our waiter was awesome and very accommodating. We misunderstood each other and didn’t get everything we ordered but it was made up for by the owner making sure we left happy and content. I have zero complaints and was in love with the beautiful decor. Delicious food for an amazing price.
The best meal in Vegas!!
This experience both in dining as well as in the staff was beyond excellent. We ordered quite a few items off the menu as well as a number of different types of drinks and everything we had was absolutely delicious and our waiter was beyond kind and super helpful. 5 stars all around
Sat in the mall part which wasn’t the greatest ambience
Good food n service
Louis provided exceptional service and guided us through the menu to select a fantastic meal.
The noise level in certain areas made it hard to carry on a conversation. However, the food and the wine list overcame that nuisance.
If you are a seafood person, a lot of selection and very good.
Eduardo and management were fabulous. Best, freshest king crab we ever had!
The food was great. The salmon fish was fresh and amazing. The clam chowder was the best I’ve ever tasted. Everything was simply amazing.
We were seated timely, our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu, and the food was good. Atmosphere and decor were on point. Our party of eight was very pleased with the experience.
Wonderful fresh fish and seafood!
Love it! Our waiter was amazing, the food was great, the restaurant itself was clean. My boyfriend and I loved it there and will definitely go back
The Fresh King Crab legs are the best I have ever had! Well worth the price. The sweetness factor was off the charts.
There is a certainly a Wharf vibe. Decor feels 1975ish. Torrey was an outstanding server. really knows the menu and was spot on with her recommendations.
Abolutley! Food, service, were all excellent. Great selelction of fresh seafood and shellfish!
The crab and mashed potatoes literally just melt in your mouth. Our waiter was fantastic and the espresso martini was excellent. Will definitely be back for that.
Food was good, but very pricey. Server was good and informative. Recommend for special occasions and if you are rich!
Our server was great and unfortunately that’s where the praise ends... our appetizers were mediocre at best. The lobster has some kind of disgusting sauce and had a Smokey taste to it.. Smokey on lobster?? I got Fish and chips thinking it would be hard to mess up. The batter on the fish was hard to even cut, the fish was ok and the chips were sweet potato fries!! My wife’s “castaway” cocktail was extremely strong and un drinkable. Not at all worthy the money!!!! Sooo disappointed...
A wonderful meal for lunch in Las Vegas! This chain has come to the desert with a bang!
Our luncheon started with a dozen freshly shucked Kumamoto Oysters.
Our second course was a delicious Ahi Tuna Poke with Wonton skins and a light, creamy Clam Chowder,
Our mains included a sautéed Sea Bass and Steamed PEI Mussels, both perfectly cooked and presented.
We enjoyed several wines from their list with our lunch.
Our server, Michael, was professional and charming.
The restaurant manager ( we didn’t get his name ), was hands on, making sure everything in his restaurant was perfect.
We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to another visit!!
I rarely give a poor review, but here it is: Service was very slow. Some dishes were spiced too hot to eat, and a horrible alarm went off which is apparently a frequent occurrence. It goes on far too long. Sauces are strange yogurt sauces. Bread was outstanding!
The seafood selections are excellent & the preparation top notch. We were attending another event so just grabbed drinks (well prepared) & apps while splitting an entree. The server handled everything perfectly. We'll go back for the full experience.
Came here to celebrate a big birthday! Our server was attentive, if a little over-optimistic about how much food we could eat. Nonetheless the birthday was made very special by the service, with the freshest fish and very tasty cocktails to boot. None of the flavors surprised me, but everything was of indisputable quality.
Other than waiting 20 minutes even though we had reservations, everything was great. William was awesome, he answered all our questions. Food was delicious. We would definitely be back here again.
Arrived 20 minutes early to our reservation and still had to wait 10 minutes past our reservation before we were seated.
Bread was good clam chowder required a lot of extra doctoring before it had good flavor. My wife enjoyed the Louis shrimp salad. The shining star of their food was the caramel bread pudding.
The only way I would ever come back would be to get the bread pudding to go.
It was awesome! Busy night so we were there over 2 hours but it was expected. Food and wine pairing was amazing!
Service was EXCELLENT! Food was EXCELLENT! A little loud for a group trying to to visit, but overall, just great!!
