Oyster's are fresh. The cioppino was excellent, the broth was perfectly spicy and was surprised by the amount of seafood in the dish. Would definitely come back... often.

Horrible experience!! Do not eat here. It took an hour to get our drinks. The food was awful and very overpriced. One of us had to send her sea bass entree back because it was so salty and greasy that it made her sick. Our server was apologetic but the whole experience was bad. The only good part of the mean was the bread served with our water while waiting for our drinks.

Our waiter, Nicholas, was fantastic! Very attentive to our needs and explained the menu thoroughly. We had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated, even with reservations and the food was not great for the price. But, overall, we had a great time and Water Grill made our anniversary very special. Thanks again.

OUTSTANDING!!! This is my new Vegas favorite. We had a couple dozen oysters and they were very fresh and delicious. We had the lobster roll which was very fresh and packed full of meat. But the best thing was steamed clams in a saffron & chorizo broth. Can’t wait to go back! Also excellent service.

The seafood was super fresh and beautifully presented. Sushi was excellent. Great service, beautiful ambience and awesome value. We had eight kinds of shell fish for just 60 dollars! We will definitely be back!!

Arguably the worst Thanksgiving meals that we’ve ever had. The 2 plates were wildly different in what was wrong, but consistent in how terrible the food quality was. One plate had dry terrible mashed potatoes and the other had a goopy pasty mess. Both plates had dry, almost inedible turkey. And 1 plate lacked any gravy. The stuffing on both plates were dry and lacking flavor. Overall. Was a terrible thanksgiving meal. Luckily the server was fantastic, and we could tell she had been hearing the same feedback we gave her about the food quality. We won’t be returning.

Christian was incredible. She was such a joy and explained the menu in it's entirety. The food was tasty but pricey. $60 for a piece of fish (Dover Sole) is a bit excessive but it is Vegas! And $14 for an order of French Fries is a lot even for Vegas. The Peruvian Bay Scallops were very unique. I would have them again. The Sushi selection is extensive so if you like sushi, I suggest going to Water Grill.

Way overpriced for the quality. We went for Thanksgiving dinner and were disappointed. Having never been there before, we expected much better value for the price. Ordered salmon with risotto which was disgusting flavor, calamari was super fried and spicy, and fries were salty they were inedible. Skip this and go to a quality restaurant.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner and half our group did the pre fix menu, half did the regular menu. Our steak was arguably one the best I’ve ever had for both the strip loin and filet. The service was pretty slow and the noise level was pretty high but the food was excellent.

My scallops were fine, but not much of a serving for the overpricing! My husband’s Thanksgiving meal was awful…dessert saved it. Next year consider offering a buffet for TG dinner only, otherwise don’t serve it at all! PS the server never even brought the listed menu item of rolls to the table! He still got his 20%! Overall, the walk from the Cosmopolitan, wading through the massive crowds in and out of the Bellagio, through more masses around/in Caesars…definitely not worth the trouble!

Unfortunately we experienced an extremely poor meal. My nephew ordered fish and chips and the batter on the fish was raw. My husband and I had sockeye tuna and it was so spicy we could not eat it. If we had been told by our waiter about the spices we would not have ordered the meal. We ordered four sides and all of them were cold. In fact the mashed potatoes were extremely runny so I asked the waiter and he stated they were supposed to be thin due to cream. That was a crazy answer! The GM did apologize and took the meals off our bill. Honestly that was nice but we were on a family Thanksgiving vacation so we were expecting a great meal with a good experience which we did not receive!!

Great experience! We had Prosecco w oysters to start—great recommendations from our server. Halibut collar and shrimp scampi, cooked perfectly! No complaints, we had an 8:00 reservation and made our 10:00 show because we mentioned it to the server.

We had a wonderful experience from apps to desert! Will- our server made us feel right at home! He was courteous, attentive, polite, overall excellent. Water Grill was super clean all around, wonderful food, and the noise level was perfect! Save room for desert, the bread pudding without raisins and with the caramel ice cream, WOW! Delicious! Very cozy place. Definitely recommend! :)

I had the tuna and the guy did NOT tell me how spicy it would be. I ended up having my ear ringing bc it was so spicy. The oysters were good, but had grit in them. The drinks were good. The seabass my husband got was great.

Absolute best freshly caught king crab! Caught in Norway and shipped to Las Vegas live. Best wait staff too! Oysters were great too with both east coast and west coast to choose from.

If you’re looking for the best seafood restaurant “this is the place!” Fresh raw seafood (oysters & Peruvian scallops) and their spiny lobsters are “excellent!” Our server Brittney was the best! Professional, fun and overall great server.
