    Let me begin by stating that I am a big fan of Water Grill. I have dined a various locations many times over the years. This was my first full dinner experience in the Las Vegas location. I previously had drinks and apps at the bar and found it surprising how slow the restaurant was. After eating in the dining room I realize they have some service issues to work out. Our server was friendly and professional but clearly spread too thin. Delays for drink orders, water refills and food timing was a major stormcloud over the experience. When our server began to manage a party of 12 as well, I knew we were in trouble. The final aggravation was getting the dinner check paid. Se was tied up for a long time with the new large party and there was no one else stopping by to make sure we were covered. I saw the manager when we first arrived but never saw him on the floor during our meal. Given the reputation and price point of Water Grill, I would call this experience a fail. I usually consider dinner at Water Gill a special ocassion. Very disappointing

    Spent our 20 anniversary dinner there. We got a large table with rose petals, an anniversary card, and free chocolate cake which was thoughtful. Staff service was good. But the food was disappointing. Got the cold seafood tower with tasteless small shrimp, miniature oysters and lobster, and king crab clusters the size of snow crab. Seems like most restaurants in Vegas have falsely high reviews. So hard to find real good restaurants in Vegas.

    Our waitress, Athena, was terrific. Considering she had to put up with my husband’s dad jokes. Food excellent.

    Fantastic restaurant with delicious oysters, fish, and crab. Top notch service but not pretentious at all. We eat here 1-2 times every time we go to Vegas.

    Superb seafood! We enjoyed the freshest oysters from WA, MA, and VA. The little neck clams from NY were a real treat. But the best part of our meal were the freshly arrived soft shell crabs from MD. They were outstandingly prepared and so meaty. Our server could not have been better. What a delightful dinner!

    All seafood is SOOOO FRESH!! Great meal!! Dungeness crabs were amazing. Friends had Wagyu and 🦞!
