Reserved our evening with open. Came into restaurant and was greeted very nicely, the hostess then took us to our table. Sat and waited for approximately 20min before even being waited on. The waiter was very rude and never filled our water glasses or never asked how are food was. Don’t plan on returning to this Wasabi location.

Place was pretty empty for 5:30 on a Friday evening. Tried to order a beef dish, however the beef was frozen. Settled for chicken. The tuna and sushi tasted stale, not fresh. Two friends didn’t feel well for rest of the night. Questionable about returning.

Love this place! Eat here 1-2 times a week. Best sushi around with wonderful wait staff :) Favorite place to eat ever!

Poor service. Hopefully a new manager can turn things around but this is the second time I’ve been there where poor service a highlight of my experience. I was hoping my second time would be better. It was worse.
