Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

    Outstanding dinner! Customer service by mgmt accommodating our initial concern was exemplary and waitstaff followed through with same level of excellence. The salad, octopus, pork and salmon were prepared beautifully and very memorable.

    If I could sum it up in one word: Disappointing Service was great, not excellent, but Nick was attentive and polite. Food would have been disappointing even at 1/2 the price… $88 ribeye that was gristly and cooked unevenly $44 lobster Mac that was warm, but not hot with mushy lobster that had obviously been frozen. Go to NY Prime…

    Always a pleasure dining here. The top restaurant in the area and one of the top places in Palm Beach County. Great chow, libation and fine service. Tonight enjoyed the Truffle Burrata and the Classic Burger w/fries, and a side of Corn Succotash (don't miss the corn). Everything was superb! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    This is my second time at Warren and just like the first it did not disappoint. It was a busy Easter dinner and service did not disappoint. Food was delicious if not the best steak we’ve ever had and the Korean Fried Chicken was out of this world.

    The indoor decoration is spectacular, service was very good, cocktails excellent, particularly Sazerak, and the food tasty. We had the Surf and Turf, a bit pricey, but nice. So was the Chilean sea bass.
