Will be back.
Nice quaint restaurant. Great ambience, great food.
Amazing experience!!! The food was 10 out of 10 stars. The servers were great…actually they were outstanding. The ambiance was so beautiful and this is definitely a hidden gem in NOLA…I recommend it to all visitors. Tip: Catch an Uber!!!
I cannot recommend this place enough! We had a large group and ordered the entire menu and had the time of our lives. The staff and management are amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. We will be back!
I love the food will be back I really enjoyed myself
This was out third visit to Vyoone’s. As before, there were interesting new things on the menu, as well as favorites. The onion soup is legendary, but the barbecued shrimp was the highlight of our meal. Or maybe the bread pudding… This restaurant will always be on our itinerary for getaways in NOLA.
Checked in online. When we got there the hostess was quoting 2.5 hour wait times to those who walked up. We waited less than 15 minutes when we checked in. The food was amazing. Especially the crawfish and grits Benedict. Add copious amounts of black French truck coffee and it was the best breakfast I have had in a long time.
The entire staff was accommodating and the food was fantastic. The bar looked great too and has good wine offerings. I will go again.
Found this place on open table. Came with my wife and her brother and significant other. Ambience was great, the owner came out multiple times and checked on us. Made us feel at home.
Service was laid back, only got one drink and that was partly due to them not asking me for another. The food was great, the calamari and escargot were delicious. Wife and I had the burger, her brother had the braised chicken. Overall great experience and place to have a relaxing dinner and take it easy in the “Big Easy”. Would go again.
The evening was ideal from walking into the restaurant through the lights to the fruit bread pudding. The bartender was a master we had the spicy Moscow mules. Escargot better than any I’ve had in Paris. Wonderful beet salads with some delicious whole shrimp on top. All entrees were great. Service was impeccable. I highly recommend this for a quiet dinner away from the bustle of the quarters.
A hidden treasure in NOLA.
We’d been eating so much heavy food in New Orleans we wanted a light meal. We had a nice bottle of wine ($45) and we each got the mussels. It’s an appetizer, but enough for a light meal. The mussels were cooked perfectly, and the tomato-based sauce complimented them well. I was not as impressed with the fried calamari. Too much breading, not enough calamari. The server was friendly and helpful, and the owner and chef welcomed us. The atmosphere was quiet and intimate, and it’s a nice change from the old school, more snooty places in New Orleans. Kind of pricey for a light dinner, but very enjoyable.
The ambiance was very welcoming everyone was so nice and patient i definitely want to go back and get more food i had the seafood pasta with mussels and shrimp omg.
I couldn’t wait to take the Infamous
Picture by the lights in the walk way.
Service was terrible. 1 meal did not come out with others others were done eating when 3rd meal came out. No explanation, no apology, no comp of meal. Had to get up & go ask a server for salt/pepper/ketchup. 1st visit, never again.
Service was unprofessional. People ordering the same 1st course did not get it at the same time. One diner never got a first course of beet salad though the diner across the table got the hers. The salad never came.
After seeing other tables which came in after us being served, we chose to curtail our Saturday evening dinner and get the check before our entrees came/ didn’t come.
The manager did nothing to make up for the poor restaurant experience.
The staff were warm and welcoming. The food was elevated and amazing. My fiance said the scalops were the best she has ever had. Would recommend to anyone
It was a beautiful night in the courtyard.
Food was a bit bland, but high quality.
One of Nola's hidden gems! Great food, cocktails, and service! A must when visiting Nola!
Everything was amazing!!
Can’t wait to go back!!!
This is a real gem in the CBD! Delicious French cuisine, elegant and cool decor, and wonderful service!
Good was good. French onion soup was tasty but not warm enough. The “coq” (chicken) entree was ok, nothing special. Bread pudding was really good, not so much the chocolate mousse. Service was outstanding, though.
Great staff, and tasty inventive food. Highly recommend.
Hands-down one of the finest examples of dining in New Orleans. Superb food, excellent service. Classic ambiance. This is a fan favorite for sure.
We went to Vyoones for Sunday brunch. While the dining room was very nice and the food was very good the service was terrible. There were only three other tables occupied in the dining room with two people at each table and I saw at least four servers milling about. We waited at least ten minutes before any of the servers came to take our cocktail order. I was facing the bar and saw the bartender prepare our drinks and set them at the end of the bar. Two people were seated after us and our server took their order and brought their drinks while ours were still sitting on the bar. I finally got up and asked our server to please bring our drinks and not ignore us. He brought them to our table and apologized saying they were very busy; that was no excuse for forgetting about us. The food was very good and the bartender was nice enough to bring us another round of drinks since our server had disappeared. It's still worth a repeat visit but no time soon.
We loved Yvonnes so much that we are hoping to go back this week as we want to try everything on the menu. The courtyard is beautiful and we were lucky to meet Yvonne who is wonderful. There are large screen TV's outside and in and is a great place to watch the Saints! I also checked out the space for private party rentals which is awesome .
The seafood at brunch was delish! Bryan the bartender took great care of us!
Sunday brunch with wife and kids. Service was excellent. Food was amazing. As were the mimosas. I had the Eggs Benedict Du Jour, which was fried catfish that day. They nailed the hollandaise, fish, and poach on the eggs. I’m a huge Eggs Benedict snob and I walked away very pleased. Equally nice was the service—I’m not sure if it was the owner (Yvonne?) herself who kept checking on my table, but we found her presence charming and welcome. Our waiter Antoine was attentive and great. I had three picky kids with me and they walked away well satisfied. This will be a New Orleans staple for me in future trips to the city. So happy I found it in a crowded sea of other highly rated restaurants on Yelp.
The owner checked on us, the server was polite and attentive, the bathrooms were spotless. Nice romantic setting for my anniversary dinner. We sat in the simple but elegantly decorated courtyard. The food was phenomenal. My husband said the turtle soup was the best he ever tasted. My french onion soup was perfect. Really loved the sauces on the shrimp also.
Great experience! Food and service were exceptional, amazing atmosphere.
The food and service were great. The owner was very nice and exactly helping out her staff in providing excellent service
Excellent Service, Food and Drinks!!! I will definitely visit again!!!!
Wow! I was excited to dine because Of reviews and was not disappointed!! The service was amazing. Fine dining at Its best. Smiley was awesome. And was awesome to see Vyoone buzzing around checking on tables and helping us celebrate my friend birthday. The house cocktail for the evening was very tasy. Food was sooo yummy. I had a Cornish hen coq a vin and the braise sauce of cognac and wine was to die for!
We had a birthday cake and Vyoone treated us to some champagne to celebrate. This place is first class really. My favorite restaurant in NOLA. Can’t wait to come back for a birthday brunch. Thank you Vyoone’s for an amazing dining experience !!
My favorite NOLA restaurant for any occasion. The staff is amazing, great service and the cuisine never disappoints. Every entree I’ve had is always incredible. Vyonne thank you for an amazing experience as always!!!
Love coming to this place for brunch and dining in their beautiful courtyard. Food and service has always been great.
The food was really good. I had the best lemon drop here and the ambiance is very beautiful and inviting. Definitely will be back to try dinner.
My experience was amazing!!!!! We showed up late for our dinner reservation, but the restaurant was extremely accommodating, and we only had a ten minute wait for the next available table. Our drinks and food were equally as amazing, and there was a slight delay with our order that we didn't even notice. However, the owner acknowledged the kitchen's delay and provided up w/ complimentary drinks.
Everything about our dinner there was amazing and I'll definitely be returning.
Must visit! Husband and I are locals, and ate at Vyoone's for the first time Saturday dinner as a celebration of our 13th anniversary. We had an amazing experience and will be coming back. Big props to Vyoone for her visibility on the floor, checking in with guests, and supporting her team. Especially stand out were all of the dishes - food was amazing - and cocktail (Vyoone's version of the mule). Also, the anniversary ice cream was AMAZING!
We will be back, maybe for a brunch on the back patio next time.
Absolutely amazing. Food was everything.
Yesterday I had reservations for 2 through OPENTABLE. It was stated on OpenTable that it was her Birthday, but wasn't acknowledged by the waiter or staff. The Hostess and ambiance was amazing. The food was good, but cold. I didn't return it because we waited 45mins for it. Didn't get any silverware for appetizers, so we just took them off the table next to ours. I asked for napkins & never received them. And didn't receive a bread basket until our food was almost eaten. The waiter with the dreads was the worst.... kept forgetting about stuff & even asked me to put the check in his apron.
I felt cheated by NOT having the experience that everyone raves about🙄🤔😒
