Delightful and so delicious! The crab cake, Caesar salad, and bolognese and carrot cake was all delicious. I’m not a Vegan and loved it all. Wow!!

We went to the Opening of Vulture. For only being open a couple nights, they ran the restaurant very smoothly. Our server Lily was delightful. The atmosphere was chic and very unique and comfortable. The drinks were really good. Mmm loved the specialty Martinis. The food was all delicious and innovative. Overall a spectacular experience in San Diego's newest restaurant. This place is a hit. And shout out to Kory Stetina the owner and creator of the experience. He has done it again: Home run!!!

Everything was awesome! Rockefeller and Fennel salad was the perfect way to start. The Brooklyn cocktail was hands down my favorite.

I visited Vulture w/ 3 friends &we sincerely enjoyed our experience. When I arrived, two people in my party were running late & the hosts offered to partially seat our party or allow us to wait in Dreamboat (adorable!) until our party arrived. DB wasn’t crowded so I’m sure we would’ve been fine waiting but we elected to be seated without our 2 stragglers. We were greeted by Alan who offered us water & a warm demeanor. He explained he’d be assisting our server throughout the night & made good on his word: kept our waters full, offered us fresh plates and cutlery between courses, & ensured we were enjoying our meal from start to finish. Shortly after his introduction, Emily came by to say hello, let us know she’d be our server, & offer a brief introduction of the menu (Alan had done the same but mostly explained the drinks as our party was not yet fully seated). After Emily explained about 75% of the menu, the rest of our party joined us. Emily did not hesitate to restart her explanation for our new members, which made them feel welcome & as though they had not missed a key moment. Since there were 4 of us dining, we asked about portion sizes & Emily explained that a party from the previous night ordered one of every starter dish and shared a few entrees; this gave us clearance to go in on the menu. Some favs: Martini 11/10 (well balanced, delicious olive) Rolls 9/10 (butter could be softer) Fennel salad 10/10 (perfectly summery) French onion soup 10/10 (HOW is this vegan??) Crab cakes 10/10 (tangy, perfect texture) Oysters Rockefeller 10/10 (great presentation) Piccata 10/10 (texture and flavor were perfect) Eggplant 10/10 (surprising highlight of the night) Diane 9/10 (sauce could be looser, lions mane provides a great texture) Cheesecake 10/10 (bright, tangy, velvety) Carrot cake 10/10 (so moist) Baked Alaska 13/10 (stole the show! Impeccable!) Overall, we had a wonderful time and I look forward to dining here in the future. Perfect date spot. Congratulations!!!
