   Vulajio’s located in Hopewell Junction, was the former Gian Bruno Restaurant on Route 52. It has been renovated and there is a spa- cious, beautifully decorated dining room. If you go, be sure to check out the chandelier. Besides the formal eating area, there is a pizza area on the other side for casual din- ing. I have eaten there several times and the food has always been delicious! The staff is always very pleasant, Attentive and accommodating. A delicious focaccia with an oil, toma- to, and spices dip was our starter. They have an extensive menu choices … From salads to pasta, chicken, shrimp, and more…. eryone was able to have a wonderful lunch and take some to go. They also had gluten- free foods for my friend with food restrictions. I recommend the Chicken Parm and rigatoni with with sauce or bolognese. The Cobb salad is also an Excellent choice if you are looking for a healthier choice. I highly recommend Vulajio’s! Buon Appetito!

   Food and service were both excellent! Appetizers, entrees and dessert all delicious. The menu has a very nice variety and the pasta was very authentic Italian.

   My meal was absolutely fantastic, our waitress was excellent. We were the only folks in the dining room but it was lunch hour. I would definitely recommend this place and I will go back!

   Everything was great … the food is very good and there are a lot of options .. I’ve been here twice both times were very good .. also we didn’t feel rushed we were able to relax and enjoy our drinks and food

    The food is good. Servers are friendly. We certainly had a lot of time to sit and enjoy the meal. The menu has a nice variety.
