   Another great lunch — my friend had the nicoise salad and I had my fav shrimp and avocado salad. Love the room at Vis-a-Vis and the waitstaff are lovely.

   Cozy local venue shines with the best! This place is off the tourist track and SO worth a visit! Excellent local food served with a French-influenced menu. Great Canadian wine choices on their list. Highly recommended.

   Midweek lunch. Nice french bistro ambiance. Delicious Viognier w/butternut squash ravioli. Brie tart for starter. Prices are higher, but the food is very good. Server was knowledgeable, friendly & professional. Would recommend.

   Very quaint and nicely designed little restaurant, serving very good food. The food could have been a little hotter for our taste, but the flavors were typically French with rich strong sauces. Overall a very positive experience and we would recommend you try it out.

   Took out of town friends to dinner at Vis-a-Vis last night and what a great choice it was. Cozy ambience with great service and very good food. Can't wait to go back!

   Nice, simple menu. A tad pricey but the food quality is very good and the service is very good. We had the avocado shrimp salad and there was a very generous and fresh portion of both main ingredients nicely presented. No wine today but there is a good list - again a bit pricey by the glass. All in all - a lovely spot to have lunch or dinner - small and comfortable!

    We always enjoy dinner with friends at Vis a Vis, which seems to have settled into a much needed gastropub bistro niche in our local restaurant scene. Interesting dishes and a good wine selection.
