I have been here many times. Made a reservation for outside seating…checked in was never told I needed to go to an outside host as it was never advised when I checked in my for reservations… was seated inside when asked while being seated was told “oh you need to check in outside for that if you want to sit outside” while already checking in 20 minutes earlier and not being advised and waiting all that time. That should have been the first sign. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Waited 40 minutes after that for waitress to come back and take our order of which the waiter was about to give us our check when they realized we never got to order. While the food was good, the service was not. When asked to get remaining food to go in our appetizer half of it was missing. You come for the ambience and service expected to sit outside to enjoy the warmth of the day and you get seated next to the servers station where everyone walks buy to be seated…

The food was delicious. We sat outside on the patio, which was beautiful. Service was a little slow, and it was hard to hear even though we were outside. Parking is crazy because it is always so busy. Overall, it was a really fun time.

We were celebrating our pastor's birthday and wanted it to be a special evening for him. Having never been there before, he was very impressed with the venue. Restaurant was packed, but we had reservations and were seated quickly. Ambience was wonderful, the grounds and flowers were spectacular both inside and out. We had appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert and everything was excellent; and although the restaurant was packed, drinks and food were served in a very timely fashion. It was a great dining experience!

Viron Rondo never disappoints! The Mother's Chips appetizer is a favorite and disappear quickly! Everything on the menu is great and the portions are very generous (especially the salads)! We sat out on the patio this visit and it was just lovely.

Took 3 tries to get a gin & tonic right (had to replace the tonic sirup) and our table placement was less than ideal… was supposed to be outside, we were willing to wait for a fully covered area due to predicted rain, but they refused, and forced us to sit inside in a crappy table location.

The ambience is great. Food comes quickly and there is plenty of it. But the food was not that great and certainly not worth the price point. I wanted to love it.

Dinner was very good for 3 ppl. We ordered; a chopped salad w Salmon Squid ink pasta w calamari Shrimp fra diavlo Service was good, it was a busy night Ambiance was nice on the patio.

We dined with a party of 7. We ordered one order of "Mom's chips", two "family" meals, and one "family" salad. The chips were enough for a good sample for all. We took home half of the family salad. And one family size entree would have been enough We took home a lot of food. Our server "Kyle" was outstanding, almost intuitive to our needs. Danielle was very attentive as well. The take-home packaging was excellent. We were not rushed. The seasonal sangria was perfect. Our two family entrees were eggplant parm and carbonara. Both were outstanding. To Viron Rondo - WELL DONE!! I cannot recall a more enjoyable dining experience!

We had a great time. We had appetizers and a couple of drinks, planning on ordering our entrees Once we were done with the apps. By the time we were done, we were too full to eat anymore. As always the mother’s chips, meatballs, calamari and peppers were delicious and our drinks were perfect. It’s the consistency of service & quality that keeps us coming back again and again.
