Wonderful dinner!! Excellent food & service. The veal Milanese worth every cent
Always exceptional service and excellent food!
They have a great menu and the most amazing wait staff. You will not be disappointed.
Our server Arnold was great, food is all house made and delicious,
If you like Italian, Vincenzo is a must
First time/ won’t be out last! Arnold’s service, food and drink recommendations were top notch. The entire experience will bring us back again! Wonderful restaurant 👍
One of the best places we have ever eaten for authentic Italian. Not from Orlando, but go there every time we are there.
Prefix menu was very good!
Excellent Italian food and nice variety. Nice wine list and excellent, attentive service. We eat here whenever we are in Orlando.
Food was great, garlic bread is a must have. Everything tasted fresh and portion sizes were good. Dessert was supposed to have raspberry on it and we asked for extra but there was none. Our server was not nice at all, probably said 10 words to us in total. Party of 8 for a birthday with over $500 tab and he messed up the checks at the end. When I pointed it out he snatched them back out of our hands as if we had inconvenienced him, no apologies. Probably wouldn’t go back just based on the service.
Very Good food. Really good service. Restaurant nearly empty but we had to sit by the bathroom due to
COVID so that was a minus. Prices were fair. I would be again.
Excellent food and service and ambiance. We had been to Ciao Italia many times before when visiting a Orlando but it was closed due to covid. This restaurant is owned by the same family. Same excellent food but served in a more upscale environment. We will definitely be back next time we are in Orlando.
Food was very good. A little pricy but not outrageous. Server was very rude, but only to the 2 table that had African-American. Other tables he was very welcoming and attentive.
We were there for a quick dinner. We sat on the patio which borders a high traffic area with cars with loud stereos and exhaust. Bad idea sitting outside. The food was very good, the service was good and attentive but not outstanding. We had the caprese salad. No balsamic on it. Just olive oil. A ton of salt on the mozzarella made it hard to eat. The bolognese was good and the pasta sauce on my wife’s meal was not overly sweet which we like.
Friendly staff, food was fresh and tasty, served in a timely manner.
Very flavorful food and excellent service on a great ambiance
This restaurant never disappoints ... everything is always top notch and 5 star.
Service, food, ambiance .... that’s why it’s at the top of my list!!!!
This place is okay. Nothing special. I would not consider dining there again. Everything was fine, but nothing was wonderful.
It started off bad when they placed us in the corner of the restaurant. We were trying to enjoy our last night out for Magical Dining. We have experienced several restaurants during Magical Dining. This by far was the worst one of them all. All three courses were terrible. I was highly disappointed. We didn’t even finish our food. Even the dessert was bad. Save yourself some money and time by passing on this restaurant.
We visited during Magical Dining 2020 and had never been before. I had the antipasti appetizer and it was huge and delicious, especially the mozzarella. My husband had the carpaccio, it was large but to me had a very sour dressing on it. I had the grouper with shrimp risotto. It was very good. My husband had the tortellini with steak. He said it was very good. I had the Limoncello cake for dessert and it was delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate dessert. The restaurant was right by the Orlando Eye and since there was hardly anyone there it was a pleasant ride. I doubt if we would go again when there are a lot of tourists as we avoid very crowded areas.
What great Italian food! Everything was top notch from the salads to the garlic bread. Very attentive service.
Dinner was fantastic. Entrees were cooked to perfection. The service was gray as well! Highly recommend!
Amazing experience and food was very tasteful!
Great food and service
Food was excellent and well priced. A little bit noisy, so be prepared for that. If you book through Open Table, be sure to tell the hostess when you check in. She didn’t record ours. Don’t let that stop you, however. The food is the best Italian outside of the Northeast!
We had a great experience. Really good friendly service and the food was great. We celebrated 2 birthday's and they took really good care of us.
Owner not wearing face cover according
Very disappointing ingredients
Food not fresh
This place is a hidden gem. Fantastic food, excellent service, and nice ambiance.
This was our first visit here while in Orlando and it was fabulous! The service was great, had the house Sangria, also great! Home made hot bread with olive oil was brought to the table. We ordered the chicken Alfredo and the Spaghetti Bolognese. Both were very fresh and tasty!!
We are adding this to our list of favorites and will definitely be back
The food was delicious. Authentically Italian. Loved it.
The food was outstanding, excellent, superb! What more can I say??!! It was amazing. Our new favorite place!! 🙌🏼❤️😋
First time going there and it won't be the last. Went to try out the Magical Dining menu. We decided to share the Carpaccio and the Antipasto. It was definitely the right amount. The Carpaccio was so fresh. The beef was sliced very thin. The arugula was a great touch and went well with the beef. The meat in the Antipasto also has was fresh. You get mozzarella, mortadella, prosciutto, salami with little black olives.
We both decided on the Cernia which was a pan-seared florida grouper, shrimp risotto with middleneck clams and a saffron tomato broth. This was out of this world. Such a wonderful combination of flavors. The risotto was cooked to perfection and that saffron tomato broth went well with the fish and the risotto. The service was excellent. Definitely would recommend it to all my friends.
We are locals and were pleasantly surprised by Vincenzo's menu, staff and attention to detail. (It is in the heart of tourist areas.) The food was authentic Italian and tasty. Our server was reasonably attentive and friendly as well as able to answer questions.
We were NOT impressed by their complimentary valet. He had NO concern for covid precautions - no mask and no respect for distance. He basically tried to put his entire head inside our vehicle where a passenger was seated when we stopped the car to ask a question. Furthermore, we noticed he was blocking people's access to the disabled parking spaces (against the law in FL), and also parked vehicles in the hashed sections between spaces. This is not only against the law, but dangerous (not to mention rude). If a wheelchair van is parked in one of those spaces, the car that pulls in the hashed section could be damaged when the ramp is extended.
In summary, go to Vincenzo, but park your own car further away. It's worth it to be safe!
IF YOU WANT TRUE ITALIAN FOOD, I RECOMMEND IT, THANK YOU
Food and service was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. We started with the arancini rice balls, presentation and taste were one point. I ordered the gnocchi, delicious. My husband ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and added meat sauce. Best he’s had. For dessert we ordered the Nutella cheesecake and limoncello cake. Again, delicious. The atmosphere was great, service was excellent, and food was perfection. Best dining experience we had this trip. Food was so good we forgot to take pictures. This place is definitely worth a try- you won’t be disappointed!
our waiter Davide was molto carino! Antipasto selection was all our favorites - olives, mozzarella, prosciutto, salami, and awesome mortadella :) ArancIni were also delicious, hot with a crispy coating. tortellini w filet mignon tips was delicious especially the sauce, as was the fish (perfectly cooked) with risotto. The limencello cake and chocolate cake were so fresh and buonissimo! The wine list is extens and we selected a red cab very very good! Highly recommend Vincenzo!!
I have been to this restaurant twice and both times the service has been outstanding! Unfortunately, with that being said, I am not a fan of the food and have tried multiple menu items. I have had both the lobster ravioli and filet on separate occasions and I didn’t finish either entree.
Surprisingly good restaurant! Didn't expect such good, authentic Italian food right off of I-Drive. Will be back. Soon!
Excellent food and wonderful service! Will visit next time in Orlando!!
Wow! Absolutely unbelievable! This meal was amazing! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Service was impeccable...our server Arnoldo was not only so fun but so knowledgeable and on point! We loved him! My brother and sister-in-law did the Magical Dining but bc me and my husband don’t do dessert(although I tried theirs and they were amazing)! The drinks were incredible! I highly recommend the Espresso Martini or absolutely anything on the wine list which is fabulous! My brother said their Margaritas are the best he’s had and for an Italian restaurant, that’s saying a lot! The food?! Oh the food!!!! I had the Carpaccio and added truffle oil...it was perfection! My husband had the house salad, brother had the Carpaccio and sis had the Antipasto Plate...all were yummola! For our entrees my sister and brother had the Filet Tip Tortellini(he added shrimp) and Grouper w Shrimp Risotto off the Magical Dining Menu! Hubs had the GF pasta w Bolongnse sauce bc he’s Celiac and Vincenzo’s did a great job accommodating his allergy! I had what I like to call the Chef’s Special which was the Porterhouse w shrimp and scallops and I added a side of their Truffle Marsala Sauce which I could eat on dirt it’s that darn good! I always have a problem w my steak being cooked a true RARE and this team of chef’s KILLED IT! It was fabulous! Thank you Vincenzo’s for a fabulous and truly perfect meal! We will MOST definitely be back!
Everything was GREAT. FOOD, SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE, SOME OF BEST ITALIAN FOOD I’VE EATEN IN A WHILE. THANKS
