Vinca has excellent service and delicious food from different European countries. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. It’s really nice to find a restaurant that serves food from a variety of cultures.

What a great new place! To start, the cocktails were amazing. A margarita with mezcal and peach liquor was off the charts good. As restaurants start to spin back up I haven't had great service in a lot of places but our server was so knowledgeable, polite, and had great recommendations.

Thomas and Paul were wonderful! Wine paired wonderfully with the food! Best food we have had so far in Denver!

Food and ambiance were great. Our server was poor, I think he was new. Really couldn’t answer any questions about the menu. Took our orders, came back 3 times to verify—all were incorrect. Waiting a long time for drink refills.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The food presentation looked great however the food was not good at all. Our family of four had four different dishes. Only one of which was eaten. All of the dishes, even though different, had a charred undertone, as if the pasta and risotto had been cooked in the pan that the charred vegetables had been in. I couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. When the waitress asked if I needed a to-go box I stated that I did not care for it and wouldn't be taking it home. Her reply was "well let us know next time and we'll see what we can do." A manager was never sent over and so we paid ~$25/plate for food we didn't eat. Unfortunately there won't be a next time.

It was not what I was hoping for. We had 6 adults for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The service was incredibly slow and felt like we were forgotten most of the time - flagging down people for water, check, etc. The food was good but pricey and not very much of it at all. No complimentary bread or breadsticks or anything on the table could have helped ease the slow service issue. We ended up not staying for dessert even though this is often part of our birthday celebration. Disappointing.
