   We had a bad experience. Some influencers showed up and we ended up moving tables and got little to no service after they arrived. Very disappointing, but I will try again. My friend said she absolutely will NOT go back there. Service and the managers need to seriously up their game.

   Second time coming here and I really enjoy this place. Servers are very friendly and helpful. Food & drinks have been on point both times. Definitely a spot I would recommend and want to go to more.

   We went for the Valentine’s Day prefix menu. It was a great dinning experience but we did have an issue with one of our meals ( Wagyu sirloin) coming out cold. My fiancé and I understand that dining on holidays can be pretty busy and tough in restaurants and we never complain about food, but we did have to send the plate back. Our server was incredible and solved the situation right away and was very apologetic. That being said the second plate came out at a much better temperature. Overall we had a great evening and we will definitely be back again with some friends.

    Horrible XMas dinner experience. Unfriendly, disinterested, unhelpful hostess. Prix Fixe dinner @ $95pp + beverages. Seated in basically the bar area with TV and very very loud patrons in shorts and baseball caps. Not quite the atmosphere we anticipated. Restaurant was virtually empty for 7:30 reservation - but hostess did not want to move our table for 3 to a quieter location - leaving many empty tables - there were only 3 or 4 tables occupied. She left us standing after we insisted she check on another table. Apparently the manager told her to move us which she did. We were seated. Noise from bar literally prevented us from being able to hear each other. Server was very apologetic. They ended up moving us outside - putting 2 small bar tables for 2 together to accommodate the 3 of us. Manager came over to apologize several times. $400 dinner - not enjoyed at all. No accommodation offered. We won't be back - and suggest that they either train or get a new hostess. Very unpleasant experience and sad way to "celebrate" a holiday.

    They did a nice job with this property, and we will be going back for an event in a couple weeks, but probably not going to be back to the restaurant itself until summer time. The food was good, but other places in this same price point are better. It was really noisy and hard to have an intimate conversation over the noise from a neighboring table. While the restaurant bar has a good vibe, it really feels like you are in a part of the hotel lobby, and not in an upscale restaurant. We are thinking it will be better in the summer when the outside area is open and you can enjoy the view and sunset.

    Too loud. Could not talk. Seating very uncomfortable back to banket. Ask to be seated elsewhere. They said it was all reserved Ed. No else showed up for at least and hour and 1/2. Overall disappointing.

    I spent nearly a week at this hotel for business and ate several meals the menu is somewhat limited but everything was delicious. I enjoyed sushi rolls, a lobster roll, a cobb salad and salmon and a consultThe ambience is beautiful. The service was outstanding.

    Food was average. Not a lot of options. Waiter was very friendly, but I had to wait quite a while for him to come back and take my order and then to bring my check. And they were not busy.

    I had breakfast there twice and food selection are very limited and food with no tests. Waitress was cold and not much personality! Hope to see improvements soon since I will have my guests stay in the hotel once a month by my recommendation. Please don’t let me down!

    Although the restaurant had a nice ambiance and potential to be a great spot in Newport it lacked quality service and food. The entire venue was run by what seemed like two service people and our food took exactly one hour from the time it was ordered. Because the service staff were overworked from lack of being understaffed they came across as being rude and unprofessional. We don't plan on returning anytime soon.

    I'm not a big wing guy, but the crispy wings here were noteworthy. It was more of a throw in order, and I'm glad we did. Ate here on back-to-back nights while staying at the hotel, and the pork chop was excellent (one of the best I'd had in a long time - wonderfully complimented with an array of whole beans were tremendously additive . The next night, the salmon was also very good. The prep and presentation for both meals were top notch, and the portion sizes were surprisingly large for the reasonable price. Definite recommend to anyone staying, passing by, or just wanting to try the "new" place.
