    Un service client exceptionnel – merci Alex ! Malgré un temps d’attente assez long pour recevoir nos plats (ce qui semblait venir de la cuisine), notre serveur Alex a offert un service irréprochable tout au long de notre visite. Il venait nous voir régulièrement pour nous rassurer, s’assurer que nous étions bien, et garder une belle ambiance à table. C’est rare de nos jours de voir un service aussi attentionné, humain et professionnel.

    Good experience with an excellent center cut fillet and wide ranging wine selection. Excellent service. Interior ambiance is good but seated at a window I had a view of trash, road construction and a porta potty detracting from the experience.

    Food was average. We ordered a t-bone tomahawk to share between 3 people, the price was 240 CAD, and the meat was served as a whole, not sliced. When asked the server he said they didn’t cut it but he was willing to check with the kitchen. I found it odd, because they don’t give you anything else other than a steak knife to eat. Anyways, the meat was medium rare as it got closer to the bone, the seasoning was pretty bland…

    The service was very well below expectation. First of all, No one serviced our wine after we received it, we had to pour our wine ourselves after the first time. Our main dishes came half an hour after we sat down when were clearly still eating the appetizers and we had to send them back. There were clearly empty plates on the table and no one came to take them even when they saw them. The food was great though.

    There was 3 of us for dinner, one of the dinners came with a crumpled up piece of paper in the pasta. The manager replaced the meal but didn’t even comp it, very disappointing. The server was VERY bad, didn’t seem to care about her customers at all. The ambience is very nice and I have been here before when it was a great experience, too bad it seems to have gone downhill.

    Excellent meals all around, reasonably priced, beautiful setting. We loved the caesar salad, sirloin, steak frities and poutine. Lots of flavor. In my reservations I put that it was my husband’s birthday and they treated him to a delicious chocolate cake. Totally not expected, very nice of them.
