    Waiter rude to the point of argumentative, steak chewy, wait time almost unbearable. Cannot say one good word about this place

    Unfortunately the food was not worth it. Service was ok. We filled our wine glasses every time and had to get up from the table to reach our 3 bottles … you’d think at that price with a nice location that the service would be better. Had to send back our steak twice… Sadly will not return nor recommend.

    Firstly I’d like to note that I am not one to complain, in fact I don’t ever leave reviews, and as a server in the industry myself, it actually pains me to leave a poor review. I’ll start off by saying the service and ambience was great. We really enjoyed the location and staff. However, the food was not great. I ordered the steak and lobster. I ordered my steak medium rare, it came out well done and the lobster was so tough and chewy it was so disappointing. My husband ordered the ribeye with a side lobster and his was over cooked as well. I started with a French onion soup too that was so tasteless and came out luke-warm. The whole thing was so disappointing I wouldn’t ever plan to go back. I appreciate the good service but unfortunately that was the only good thing about it.

    One of the best restaurants in Old Montreal. Doesn’t disappoint. Tasty food options with interesting cocktails. Service was great and the vibe relaxing

    Waiter was great! Hostess staff was able to accommodate us much earlier than our reservation which was very helpful. Food was very good. Highly recommend.

    Review the menu, and make sure you have a lot of time on your hands as we found service to be particularly slow. Food was good though.

    Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our experience much. The staff were very inattentive compared to everywhere else we had been in Montreal over the race weekend and it took a very long time for us to order and then for our food to come. Another customer threw water all over the floor by accident and the staff didn’t even bother to clear it up, they just left it there which was a huge health and safety hazard. The food was okay but the bad attitude of staff and slow service really hindered our experience.
