Maga a vietnámi gulyás, éttermünk névadó esszenciája a 2010-es években született a Madách téren található The Beszállóban, egy felejthetetlen úttörő ételbárban, amely a felpezsdült budapesti gasztronómiai szcéna egyik rendkívüli új szereplője volt. Fúziós konyhánkat a japán, vietnami, thaiföldi és magyar konyha inspirálta, kifogástalan alapanyagokból. Egy hely, ahol a gulyás pho-t vagy tavaszi tekercset, első osztályú szatmári szilvalekvárt ölel köntösbe bújtatva.

The Vietnamese goulash itself, the eponymous essence of our restaurant, was born in the 2010s at The Beszálló on Madách tér an unforgetable pioneering food bar that was one of the extraordinary new players of the invigorated gastronomy scene of Budapest. Our fusion cuisine is inspired by Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and Hungarian cuisine using impeccable ingredients. A place where goulash hugs pho or spring rolls, first-class Szatmári plum jam is wrapped in a robe.

Always great food and drinks! The gyozas and Thai curry were amazing. Very fresh, lots of flavors.

If you want to eat good, tasty food, it’s a good choice. The waiters are enthusiastic amateurs, but was ok. The food is good for it’s price. The atmosphere, the vibes are excellent and sepf-identical. Thanks for the experience, I’ll be back soon.

The shrimp ceviche was quite delicious, but we got very small amount of bread with the beef tartar, and it was way overburnt for consumption. We saw no waiter while we were eating to ask for another basket. The soups were decent. Overall, not bad but we are not inclined to return.

The restaurant is very small and crowded, making it uncomfortably hot and cramped. The tables were sticky, which didn’t leave the best impression. We had to wait over an hour for our food, which was far too long, but the flavors made up for it – the dishes were delicious, and the prices were reasonable. It could be a great place if they improved their speed and organization.

Az egyetlen baj a VietnámiGulyással, hogy mióta először voltunk nehezünkre esik máshova menni, így kevesebb új helyet próbálunk ki, de őszintén szólva annyira nem is bánjuk.

The wait was incredibly long, and the service was terrible. The place was small, dark, and stuffy. However, the food was very delicious. Overall, it was overpriced.
