We had a wonderful dinner here. The service was good and the food excellent. We sat outside because the weather was perfect but unfortunately the light-rail train went through several times and blasted their horn, so keep that in mind if you choose to sit outside. The restaurant is adjacent to the tracks. It’s not the fault of the restaurant, but it was very loud and disruptive. I recommend this restaurant.

Food was quite good, as was the service. And I'd recommend the sangria. We sat outside for dinner, but with the train being close to the dining area, it was pretty loud and distracting. I'd opt for inside seating next time.

A very good work dinner. The train made eating outside noisy but the food was excellent. The octopus and buratta was my fav.

Could not have had a nicer time here. Food was spectacular, ambiance was nice, but the service was just beyond excellent. Our server was awesome, super nice guy and he really took care of us. It was a birthday/goodbye lunch and we really got lucky picking this place as none of us had ever been before. If you choose to go, take the waiter’s recommendations for what to order. Everything that was suggested was just wonderful.

A pleasant place at the base of Castro near the railroad. Paella was tasty and moist, service was very good, prices were reasonable. The fried cheese balls with ham (I forget what they were called on the menu) were very salty. Would try Vida again. Nice alternative to the Cascal factory.

My absolute favorite restaurant in the Bay Area. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the alcachofa, it’s incredible.
