We very much enjoyed our time at Victory House! Love all the events and drink menu. Food is okay but not really what we go for.
Great service and food but we ordered a second round of Patron and the waitress came back and said the bartender was out of Patron (unusual since we were just at the bar drinking prior to dinner). We settled on another brand. After dinner we went to the bar and there were three bottles of Patron. I’m still curious why the bartender lied. I should put a 1 star just for that reason but the waitress was great. Food was good. Even the female bartender said that’s strange he would say they are out because they keep extra in the refrigerator.
This place should be amazing, but it is continually so-so. The interior design and bar are excellent. Plenty of TVs to watch whatever you're looking for. The food is good, but a bit uninspired at times. Service is very hit and miss. I just don't think you should ever have to ask for napkins and silverware when the restaurant is empty.
Everything was fairly decent, just a long wait for everything is the only complaint. It was busy so I understand, but we also reserved a table in hopes of avoiding that situation.
Game 5 NBA
We had a great experience, service was great and food was delicious
Had amazing Cobb Salad and a couple drinks while playing trivia. Great times
The food was not great .. wilted lettuce old cheese .. hope it gets decent again
Good food. Gets expensive after happy hour
Need more staff so the existing staff isn't stressed out which affects how tables are handled and people. Love this place and have come there since it was opened, this was my first bad experience.
First time there and will go back, our kids really enjoyed it the whole vibe
The service was awful. We just went there for drinks and to watch the basketball game. The place was almost empty, there were 4-5 waiters standing around just talking with locals.
Had to almost beg to get served. We ordered and it took 20 min to get a simple beer/wine. We were sitting right near the bar. Same for second round. Will never go there again
My coworks have been going to victory house practicably every thursday for trivia night. The staff are always friendly and offer every accommodation we request. We always look forward to spending our thursday nights at victory house
Manager who was our server was excellent with great customer service, friendly, and quick service. Hostess who seated us was very helpful in getting heater on to keep us warm on patio. Burgers were great as was the tequila👍🏻
Good time sitting
Outdoor seating, 6 feet away from others. Great menu and value.
Fantastic spicy CA burger, $8 slice of dark chocolate cake, and gin n tonics. Very attentive and polite server. I hope to come back more often after the fires/ smoke is better contained.
Great outdoor patio with 4 big TVs, fabric shade screen overhead, and a nice warm breeze at dinner time. Garlic chicken wings were dry and lemon chicken was dry, but came with a generous portion of buttery fresh green beans & wild rice. Very nice beet salad (half was big) with cilantro lime dressing. Fried mozzarella was good, as was the big portion of fried pickles.
We went for a friend’s 40th Birthday and stumbled on Bingo night! They accommodated our large party and everyone had a great time
Our server was wonderful, its not her usual position but she was lovely and made our time relaxing. We went for trivia night which was great. Paper products and packets of ketchup are what we get to deal with for now, it wouldn't keep us for going back. Happy hour deals are worth checking out!
Food was awesome, our server was excellent. Loved the DJ music they were playing.
Prices on the menu did not match with what we were charged.
Loved the food, service and It was really Comfortable.
We went for Brunch. The Veggie Benedict was amazing! Our Waitress Alexandra took amazing care of us. The first Mimosa didn't seem to have any champagne in it, but she made sure to make that right for me, without me even having to say anything. I definitely recommend.
I had a reservation and was seated right away but we sat there for 20 minutes, two waitresses walked passed us a couple times with no acknowledgement and it was not busy. I finally had to go to the hostess and ask if we could be waited on. Each waitress thought the other was taking care of us but humm I am pretty sure waitresses have designated tables and we had no drinks or anything so noboby even bothered to be sure we were taken care of. When she finally came to the table she was apologetic and was very nice. However after we ordered a gentlemen from the kitchen who came out to deliver food or something asked if we had been helped so that was nice. The moscow mules were icky, I prefer a fresh made moscow mule not one from a concentrate mix its super easy and quick to make a moscow mule I make them better at home. I would try it again though maybe it will get better when they get back in the swing of things this was early on after opening from COVID19.
Not having wine on your happy hour menu is odd to me. In wine country there is no wine on your menu. When I did get a glass I paid double than a beer.
Our server Ali was amazing and it was nice to experience a moment of slight normalcy! Thank you
Experience overall was great. We went for brunch (it was a birthday) and stayed for 5 hours! The only downside to the whole experience was one of the waitresses kind of chased us down for a bigger tip at the end. We spent about $350 dollars that day and were pretty taken aback by that part. I understand it's rough times these days but it still took away from an otherwise amazing day.
Good Food, good Price! We sat outside on the patio and it was nice.
Went to Victory House for their trivia night. Service was great and the atmosphere was fun. I would definitely recommend to friends to check it out!
We went to play bingo and the atmosphere was fun, social distancing was being practiced and the food was great. Our server was very attentive and the food was amazing. We will be coming back again for bingo and the great food!
it's a family-friendly sports bar. Televisions everywhere. We did happy hour which was a good deal. Their Buffalo chicken sliders are the BEST!
Food was just as expected. Prices are fair. Service is horrible. Waiter forgot everything. Including that we were his table. Had to flag multiple people to get stuff we ordered. Kids wanted ranch with their pizzas, my youngest was so hungry from waiting 45 minutes for food he finished his pizza before the ranch showed up another 10 minutes later.. Sad part is that the restaurant wasn’t even half full. I wish this place could get steps of service down because a lot more families would come for food and fun
Our original waiter was terrible. After sitting for awhile she finally showed up and said “Hi, are you ready to order some drinks?”
How about start with, Hello my name is...I’ll be serving you you today....sorry for the wait....thanks for being patient!
Um ok? Another server brought our drink order and I just started asking him questions about the game play card since he was helpful. Original waitress still no where to be found. So the second waiter basically started serving us. He was super friendly and attentive. Anyways, probably won’t be back.
Great service, food and drinks. Lots of games on too.
Food is good and the atmosphere is fun. A bit pricey. Our server was terrible, she only came by once and we asked for bbq sauce and she never brought it so we had to ask another server, then she charged us for 2 appetizers when we only had 1, we had to have the mgr fix the check because she was no where to be found.
Yes, but my friend would have to be a young adult. Kid friendly sports bar and gaming lounge
Large group with tons of kids, server was a saint! Food took a bit...kids started getting restless but staff was super cool!
We got: Caesar Salad (added beef), Calamari, Street Tacos. All were very fresh. All could've used a bit more seasoning, but were still very good. All the portions were very large and we did not come close to finishing our orders. It was Happy Hour and the drinks were $4, a great deal. We'll be going back.
