Disappointed. I was hosting a Friday morning breakfast for two colleagues visiting from Dubai. Service expectations are high in this region, and I was hoping for a Cafe Victoria experience of years gone by, but I was sorely disappointed. Today, this space (now called Victoria Cafe) is a shell of its former self. There were many disappointments, but the main one was the lost grandeur of the space itself. A dramatically reduced space size, the high ceilings are gone, the beautiful crown mouldings are gone, the impressive chandeliers that were quintessential "King Eddy" are gone, and a sought-after table next to one of the many 15' tall windows is impossible because the space has NO windows at all. If this is simply the "Friday or weekday space," then that should be made clear to all patrons upon booking. Please tell me that high tea and Mother's Day Brunch are held in a different space. If not, all interested parties should stay clear. Do better Omni.

Lovely location within the King Edward Hotel - elegant decor - warm and welcoming. Staff very attentive and meal (we had brunch) was well prepared, very flavourful and well portioned - we will return

Love the sausages at this restaurant!! Very attentive service. I’d recommend topping up the small carafes of coffee to keep them warm.

Our guests were almost an hour late but the restaurant offered to accommodate us and we were able to have a lovely, late, brunch. Food was delicious.

We love going for breakfast even if we are staying at the hotel. However today was not a good experience even though we had a reservation, we were seated but waited for more than 40 minutes to be served. When we flagged down a waiter we were told that they were short staffed, but regardless they still need to come to the table to check to see if we were taken care of. Other then that we love the Victoria Cafe 🥰
