Extremely noisy. Unable to hear
Portions on restaurant week palm springs 2018 skimpy .
If Vicky's do not want to be involved in restaurant week with reasonable content
they should drop out.
Bar scene/jazz band patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Never again.

My friend and I went for Restaurant Week. Food was good; however, our server gave the impression of not really caring about us and just wanted to move on. I do understand this as you work for your tips but tips might be better if some nicety was shown toward the customer.

I ordered the pear salad and thought it was good. The ahi tuna stack was not. It was nothing like what you would expect. It had horse radish or something like that. Nothing like what you would expect. I had to send it back. My boyfriend’s son order sausage rigatoni and the noodles were not completely cooked and the sausage tasted weird. So he sent the dish back as well and didn’t get a replacement. I ordered the rack of lamb and it was the most bland tasting lambs i’ver ever had. Lamb has a distinctive taste and it hardly had that taste. The meat was very tender. I did eat it all even though it had no flavor. At the end we got the appetizer comped but not the sausage rigatoni. We’ll never go there again.

This was our first time at Vicky's...it was not what I expected. The bar was in the center of the restaurant which made it very loud for diners...there seemed to be patron singing activity going on which also was very distracting. We went for restaurant week as we liked the menu offerings. It did not disappoint...the food was great. Next time I'll know to request a table far away from the bar. Obviously a local favorite as there seemed to be many regulars.

Met friends for restaurant week. They had a good deal for a bottle of wine. Fix Price for $39...Would have been a better value at $29. Service was good.

We have lived in the desert for 5 years and never been to Vicky’s until last week. This will be one of our to go places now. Food was excellent. The scallops were to die for. Service was also exceptional considering it was Dine Week.

The jazz was great. The food for restaurant week felt like it was a sort of punishment for choosing this menu. I hope that the normal menu had better food. It reminded me of buffet food in Las Vegas. Not my favorite. But I would give it another try.

We went for the first time on the Restaurant Week promotion. Have always been curious about it. It’s a beautiful building, valet parking is excellent. If you want to be able to talk to each other, ask for a table in back of the dining room. The live music and crowd in the bar is very loud, but makes it lively, too. The food was good, but not great. But we will go again. It’s a very nice place, with good service.

Went there for restaurant week. Food OK. Overpriced drinks. Service good. Facility is rather spectacular. Live music too loud in dining area. Probably will not return. Too many others yet to see.

Visited for Restaurant Week and ordered 3 course meal. Service was too rushed. 3 courses served one after another so we we finished in less than one hour. No time to converse with our friends.

The service was the best I've seen for very long time. Great server, female with long black hair said she been there for a while. Professional, friendly, Timely had a lot of tables and yet addressed each and every one of us and offered great customer service. Music was good five pieces play a little bit of everything from Jazz to rock and roll. For a Sunday off season quite a few people. Great people-watching.

Love Vicky's for Happy Hour, as we go frequently, but we had a birthday dinner for a dear friend there last Saturday night....Ambience and service were both good, but the food in general was tasteless and blah...we were a bit disappointed.

It's always great food and service. The higher price is worth it for the food quality. You can sit at the back if you want quiet, or in front of the musicians in the performance lounge. Complimentary valet parking is a nice touch. Can't go wrong, here.

Overall a top notch experience. First time visit recommended by a friend. A New Mexico or Santa Fe decor that is warm and sophisticated. Service was super. The selection was varied and dishes had their own twists. And priced as you would expect. Definitely a place I’ll return to next time.

Very disappointing for maybe the first time ever. My wife's ribeye was way undercooked and very tough to cut and chew. 2 of the 4 people had the special salmon fixed piccata and it was
still very dry. No effort was made to credit any of the meal except to say "can I bring you
something else?"
which is never sufficient halfway through the meal. We will continue to dine at Vickys and hope this
was a one time bad experience.

We have been going to Vicky's for many years, even more when we lived next door at the Indian Wells CC. We met friends that had never been and were extremely disappointed. Service was fine but the food entrees were not!! First 1/2 chicken was way overcooked and dry, sent it back and the the next was just as dry and tasteless. Atlantic salmon was also very dry and tasteless. The sand dabs were also very disappointing, completely tasteless!! Sides, as always were great, the main courses really sucked. Will only go back for happy hour and live entertainment, hopefully they are still good. Sorry Vicky's you need some serious help in the kitchen!!!
