House specialties at Vic Stewart�s include brick-roasted chicken, lamb shank and fresh Petrale sole. Vic Stewart�s offers several private dining areas including the Observation Room located in the front end of an authentic 1901 Pullman train car and the Atrium that features large skylights for natural lighting. The Stateroom offers the ambience of a first-class cabin on a cross country train, and the Waiting Room offers a peaceful setting alongside a fountain.
